I never write reviews!!! When I saw the 1 star ratings I had to write. Dr. Bennett was great and the staff was completely attentive to my needs. I sleep much, much better and I don't wake myself up from choking. The same people that have problems with this office probably have problems at the airport, post office, grocery store, etc.... Thank you for your 5 star care!

Sleep oral appliance fitted nicely but you always feel rushed while talking to the doctor and staff once they got your money. Forget about follow up calls. For issues caused by the appliance they'll charge you for multiple visits. I recommend to stay away from this place. They won't send you oral appliance bands and if you order it from somewhere else, they don't write you an RX ....

Preys on patients with sleep deprivation seeking medical intervention. Unprofessional conduct in handling finances. The clinic hides the fact there is a credit card surcharge until after payment; I felt like the nurses were pressured by the doctor to behave a certain way around finances. Hastily tries to get you to commit to expensive treatments on first visit.

worst experience I have had with any doctors office. Where to begin. Firstly I was made a device that never fit.

I communicated this on multiple occasions and on every visit. Every time I needed one of their office members to book and appointment or follow up I was told they would call me back and I was never called back. Listen I am busy and I do not have the time to keep following up on an office were the staff do not do their jobs. I was told by my dentist to advocate for myself and that it was a ill fitting device by my own dentist. Dr. Bennett himself told me he would make a new design for me. I was then told rudely by the office manager that I would have to put this all through insurance again which was not what I was told by the doctor and other office staff. Which is another $800. Yes im frustrated that I have to now pay for a second device from an office which should have fixed this issue a year ago. I was told I was outside my 3 month window. Firstly this is the first time hearing about a 3 month window. If I had known that I would have put my foot down and directed them to make me a new style. I can not keep this device in my mouth as its so uncomfortable. I wake up every hour in the night with mouth pain and wanting to take it out. Its is completely unwearable.

It should have been clearly documented throughout the last year this medical sleep device was not working for me.

This week I had an appointment and when I called I was told the doctor was on a conference call during my appointment time. I was also told I would be called back, which once again I never received a call back.
This clearly is a poorly run clinic and I will be telling others my experience.
From the lack of follow through to the unprofessional manner to the all around lack of customer service.

Today I received a email telling me my relationship had been terminated due to myself being rude. Wow im shocked. The truth is their office has the worst management around and I do not care to work with them further. they will continue to get frustrated patients and will continue to lose clients. I was trying to hang in there the last year and let them work with me and make things right. So much for advocating for oneself and patient rights. They do not like to hear it. Bottom line save yourself time, money, and frustration. Go elsewhere.

Very disappointed! I was so hopeful that Dr. Bennett would be able to help me but between Covid-19 and his personal surgery the ball was dropped. My retainer wasn't fitted properly by another Doctor and it wouldn't stay in place. It was causing me jaw pain and I lost hope that his treatment plan would work. Meanwhile I paid $2300 for out of pocket for an appliance I wasn't able to use. Big waste of time and money.

The Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my busy schedule. Dr. Bennett was very informative yet engaging. Even though I moved out of state, he still follows up with me which is the presidential treatment you look for in a great doc!
