Talking about Lab Corp. The lady who does the labs is really rude. If you ask a question, she answers you rudely. Never says good morning, or have a nice day. And its everytime me and my husband goes in for labs. It's hard to go in and have blood taken, and for to be treated like this is not right. She should have more empathy.
On the other hand, Lety, the receptionist is very sweet and helpful. The best that I've seen.

Will never! And I mean NEVER be going back here every again. The staff makes fun of you if you can hear them or not. The manager there has a very bad attitude towards any one who has a complaint and does absolutely nothing about it. Doctor Simpson will diagnose you with stuff you don't even have after just one visit, then when you tell him that it's not true and you're misdiagnosing me he gas lights you and turns it around on you and is completely rude to you. And after trying to have a normal conversation he start misdiagnosing you again saying "you need to come back again and again and again" for him to get it right but how and why would I come back if he doesn't listen and is absolutely rude about every thing he says and start acting like he's right? I gotta say WORST doctor in California and I feel so so bad for the people that HAVE to come here..

I found the PA I saw to be very competent and caring. Ordering X-rays and mri right away. Prescribing what I need for pain management. The pharmacy in Anza is great and is never out of medicine like everywhere else

I've had no problem at this clinic at all depends on how many people are in the waiting room you may have a little bit of a weight but nothing too bad not like going down into Hemet or Temecula and waiting over an hour to be seen as long as you have an appointment you'll pretty much be seen on time I don't see why there's so many people giving bad reviews I will continue to bring my kids here and I'll probably see the doctor is well here I like this branch very much. And everyone in the office is super super sweet

As a new client/patient, involvement with Anza Health has been very good so far. All Med records and insurance information were transferred from my previous health care facilities easily. All personnel both at clinic and on the phone have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Referrals to specialized clinics were handled in a quick and efficient manner. All is good at Borrega Anza Community Health.

Terrible! i took my kid there several times, every time I need to wait for a long time. It is worse that after.waiting for 1 and half hour, i was told that.there is no flue shoot or no viccine, so.i had to.leave and.make another appointment to come again. another time，just 1day before my appointment day, i got meaasge that my apointment was canceled.....and need to call back! After.several times, i got very upset with this kind of situation and this clinic! i got.hurt by their attitude and their unresponsable action!

Byebye and never will go back!
