I am not one to typically write bad reviews but this time I feel compelled to do so. I was a loyal customer and always showed up on time. When I started having issues with my wisdom teeth, I scheduled an appointment for the surgery twice and had to cancel both times. The first time was because it was expensive, and I couldn’t afford it at the time. It’s not like everyone has $2500 in their pockets every day (with insurance). The second time I cancelled was because of a scheduling issue. When I had to cancel the second time the receptionist got very rude over the phone and told me that I should “probably find another doctor since this is the second time I’m cancelling”. When I asked what their schedule looked like a month or two in advance, she got very short and snippy with me again and told me how she doesn’t have the doctor's schedule that far in advance, in a very irritated tone.

Both times when I scheduled the appointments in person, the receptionist told me how she would hold the spot for me and call me back in a few days to confirm if we were good to go or if that time wasn’t going to work for them and we would have to reschedule. I was completely fine with that, however, both times, I never got a call, so I didn’t even know if that appointment slot was mine or not. This was a mild annoyance, but something I could look over. Not anymore now that I’ve been spoken to that way.

I was being talked down to as if I was a child. I am a firm believer in ‘it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it’, but the tone of her voice was extremely snippy and disrespectful. I talk on the phone all day for work myself and I would never speak to a customer the way I was spoken to. The doctors are great, but no paying customer, especially one that is about to pay $2500, should be spoken to that way

Please avoid this Dentist. The Dentist charges an insane rate for basic services. She would not do a basic cleaning on my teeth because she mentioned it would be "unethical" and I had to pay extra for a premium cleaning. I went to multiple other dentists after receiving Andrea's diagnosis and each one mentioned she was wrong.

While at other dentists, she refused to send my teeth X-Rays unless I pay an additional charge. This was not the norm with other dentists, many disagreed with her practice and should not be charging just to send an email. I suggest finding a new dentist.

From the moment that you walk into the dental office, the receptionist, Jen, greets you like a family member. Dr.Moisiuc is extremely professional and informative. The dental hygienist is by far the best ever. Best dental visit in my life. And I'm 66 years old

My personal experience with this dentist was very bad. She recommended treatments that I decided to get a second opinion on, asked and paid for my x-rays, and the office provided me with x-rays that were incomplete and did not show the tooth that the dentist recommended to extract. When I called and asked for the complete x-rays I was told they do not have them and I can come in to take new ones. When I asked how did the dentist decide that my tooth needs to be extracted without seeing an x-ray the assistant told me "I don't know, I am not the doctor" with an attitude. I believe in my case I was being swindled. The doctor then contacted me and told me I would not be charged for the x-rays. I personally will not be coming back.

Okay just when I thought customer service couldn't get any better here...I highly recommend this dentist since day one they have been such an amazing staff and the fact that I can text them when I'm not there about things is perfect...very professional and I typically don't talk to the ladies at the dentist, but here they take care of you and your teeth...I feel that the way someone treats you is what counts these days because you'll have my business for life...Jen and Andreea thank you for being you I'm very appreciative!!

Dr. Moisiuc is a fantastic dentist. She is always so knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Moisiuc has made every appointment pleasant and comfortable while getting necessary work done. I started taking my mom to her and now made her my family’s dentist. Her office staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Moisiuc and her staff are AMAZING! I was referred by a friend as my husband had a slight fear of dentists. Friend kept saying....trust me! Mind you my husband had an unfinished root canal and was scared to go. So I made an appt for him and he did great and raved of the service. I switched dentists to come here too. She is very thorough and you get the sense of undivided attention.
I have now referred her to others as she is truly amazing. Dr Andreea and her staff make you feel like they've known you for such a long time and you are here within family.

Very helpful and friendly to take care my dental emergency at last minutes (like 5:45pm) so I can have presentation in the next morning. Truly appreciate their service and most of all, their attention to their patient in need.
