So far, I’m not pleased!!! From the very first visit awe were told that all supplies and ordering of supplies were done by the company. If her picc line bandages were bleeding to call to have nurse come out. Now if it was a day or so until next visit I don’t bother, however when we do call the “office” the women are rude and nasty like it’s a burden on them to even answer the phone!!! My mom was told to just wait until scheduled time!!! Im Not even gonna get started on the lack of communication from this company. Im calling today to file a formal complaint against them!!!
