First, some context: one week prior to moving to Prescott my tooth started hurting and due to bad judgement or the fact that we were "on our way out of town," I figured I'd wait to get to Prescott to find a new dentist/endodontist and get the tooth taken care of. Bad decision, but it worked out. I checked with a number of local Prescott dentists, and of those who took my insurance, only Dr. Szeto was able to see me on an emergency basis the same week I called for an appointment. The other dentists I called put me out at least a month even after explaining my situation. Dr Szeto assessed my tooth and took the time to explain his observations of the tooth. Because he couldn't fully assess if the tooth was cracked or simply needed a root canal, he referred me to Dr. Innes of Prescott Endodontic Associates for a second opinion. I needed a root canal and after that procedure was complete I returned to Dr. Szeto for the permanent filling that was needed. He had me in and out of the dental chair with the new filling and a slight adjustment to the tooth in under 20 minutes. Amazing.
I enjoyed talking with Dr. Szeto as he and his staff truly care about you as a patient. I am now an established patient of Dr. Szeto

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Szeto for many years. He is an excellent dentist. He listens to his patients and explains options to assist the patient in making treatment decisions. His staff are all friendly and professional. The office is run well, and we never wait more than a few minutes after arrival to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Szeto’s practice for your dental needs.

My son developed a severe tooth pain this past Friday night. We are on vacation and almost 2,000 miles from home, and now entering the weekend when most dentist offices are closed, I was panicking. I quickly started looking up every dentist office from Prescott to Phoenix, leaving dozens of voicemails praying someone would call me back the next morning, or offer the slightest bit of help. Once I was able to get my son comfortable to sleep, I laid up thinking what to do. At approximately 6:50am Saturday morning one of the ladies who works in Dr. Allan Szeto’s office called to say they could see us at 10am that day if we could make it. At the appointment Dr. Szeto quickly analyzed the problem and went over the options with me. We agreed on the solution and he was able to start my son on antibiotics Saturday so the swelling and pain quickly went away, and he would see us Monday morning at 8am to resolve the issue completely. It is now 8:30am on Monday and not only is my son completely surprised how smooth and painless the process was, we are now all set to enjoy the second half of our vacation. The fact Dr. Szeto squeezed us in on a Saturday to address my sons issue, and then was able to squeeze him in first thing on a Monday morning to handle it completely, was a small miracle for us. Our vacation was saved, but more importantly my son isn’t in pain anymore and can enjoy the rest of our trip. Everyone at this office was beyond caring and professional, from the front desk to Dr. Szeto himself. We aren’t a patient of this office, and yet they went above and beyond to treat us like one. If we lived near Prescott, I can tell you we wouldn’t be looking anywhere else for our Dentist. This would be it. Thank you guys for everything!

Dr. Szeto is the best dentist in Prescott. He not only does excellent work, but he stands by his work. He is honest and will not take advantage of your wallet or insurance. Dr. Szeto has morals and values that are rare to find in today's world. He is compassionate and wants his patients to be happy, even if it means redoing fillings multiple times (at no extra charge). He is a fantastic dentist and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. His office staff is also wonderful and I've never not had great cleanings, treatments, and care.

I was referred to Dr. Szeto by a good friend and my experience with him and his excellent staff during several visits has always been wonderful. He is extremely professional and takes the time to explain everything that he finds and every procedure that he does. I would recommend him and his practice to anyone who is looking for professional high quality dental care.

Dr. Szeto and staff are all excellent. Very prompt and kind. Dr. Szeto addressed questions I didn’t even think to ask regarding plans for future care and helped me in making the right decisions in my current situation to set me up for success in my future care. All around fantastic!

Dr. Szeto is a wonderful dentist. He is very explanatory on why you need something done. He explains the entire procedure while he is working and just makes your visit very comfortable. I use to be very nervous when it came to dentists and when I met Dr. Szeto he made sure to make me comfortable and gave me no reasons to be nervous. His work is phenomenal and I never had issues with any of is work. His staff is very kind and helpful , and they always make sure the patients are taken care of. I rate Dr. Szeto and his staff 5 stars and highly recommend his office. He wont let you down !
