I was misled into choosing this dentist because of numerous positive reviews. She performed a root canal procedure that I learnt after wasn’t even necessary, just so she could earn more $. After switching to a new dentist, I discovered that the crown she placed was poorly done—it wasn’t properly attached to my original tooth, which could lead to bacteria buildup or food getting trapped. Someone else mentioned that she did a terrible job on their teeth, resulting in them paying a significant out-of-pocket amount for retreatment after their insurance coverage maxed out. Be aware of those positive reviews.

I had been dealing with severe tooth pain from a ruptured/infected tooth for a few days, but I was in the middle of a move and was trying to power through. I finally hit my breaking point on Saturday morning and left a message a little before 9am. Dr. Annie returned my call within minutes and had me come in for 10am.

She was done with the extraction and had already ordered prescriptions for me in about 45 minutes. The process was minimally painful. A+++++++ experience!

The story and experience:
I had over a 10-year-old crown on my front tooth that broke on a Saturday and I was devastated. Fortunately, I found Dr. Annie's office open on weekends. At the time this happened, I was in the third trimester of my pregnancy so there was extra caution and care that needed to be considered, along with my deep fear of going to the dentist and getting any dental procedure done. Dr. Annie and the team had a lot of empathy for me and really made sure to go above in beyond with my care. They made me feel so comfortable by checking in with me frequently and walking me through the procedure.

The damage to my tooth was not salvageable and she did everything she could to make it work. Ultimately, I had to decide whether or not I wanted to do an implant or a bridge. I made the tough decision of going with a bridge. Although it is a non-conservative procedure, Dr. Annie was very careful to be as conservative as possible. Her attention to detail, care, and timeliness was phenomenal. She worked as though she was trying to beat a world record while maintaining exceptional work. The outcome of my bridge and smile is BEAUTIFUL. Dr. Annie is a master at her craft and a wonderful human being!!

Where to begin?

I was at work, away from home, after hours, when I fractured a molar; I'd a trip scheduled in a few days, and dreaded a flight with a damaged tooth.

A quick online search provided Dr. Nguyen's practice-a quick phone call, and Dr. Nguyen answered herself!

I explained my situation, and she was able to get me in as soon as I was available; upon arrival at her office, I was promptly in-processed, and immediately seen.

Upon exam, she immediately diagnosed, and treated, my tooth; from my standpoint, "as good as new."

Professionally, she was kind, attentive, and radiated competence and care. Her office assistant was of the same caliber. Her facilities are state-of-the-art.

I can sincerely and heartily recommend Dr. Nguyen for your dental care. She is an excellent dentist, who genuinely cares for her patients.

Excellent customer service and bedside manner! I highly recommend them. They were able to see me quickly on a Sunday when I suddenly had tooth pain. I got X-Rays and diagnosis within an hour of when I called. I couldn't be happier!
