Have been to a few dentists over the years, and I am very pleasantly happy with Dr. Ou Yang. He is thorough and explains all work being done. He actually asks to see.how you are doing during the visit, to see if he can accommodate. It not the fanciest place, but don't care about that, care about good dental care and great prices too!
It's not just me by the way, but all my family (5).and all would recommend Dr. Ou Yang. His dental assistants are awesome too!

Doctor Ou-Yang has been my dentist for 3 years. I had old crowns and bridge work that needed replacement. My teeth and gums were in bad condition. I have received 14 crowns, 3 bridges and a dozen fillings. The doctors prices are very fair, his dentistry painless and his skills exceptional. I now have a beautiful smile and healthy gums.
I am 78 years old and have seen many dentists over the years. Doctor Ou-Yang is the best dentist to have ever worked on my teeth.

I’ve been going here for over a decade. Dr Yang and staff are extremely professional and caring to their patients. So much, I’ve recommended 5 family members to them and they also love it there. The office and chairs are extremely clean and they use the latest technology for our dental needs. I recently moved about 45 min away and we continue going to Dr. Yang because this dental office is that good. Thank you for taking care of all of us. We recently had our teeth cleaned and Dr Yang is following strict guidelines due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Their professionalism made us feel safe. Thank you Dr Yang and staff for all you do!

We were so glad to find my favorite dentist Dr. Fred Ou Yang in Newark after 3 years missing him due to Smile Care building in Hayward CA had closed down. I am happy every time to go for periodically cleaning, and some fillings.
My husband had a serious dental issues both crowns, fillings and very very sensitive to hot & cold. He’s worried no one can treat his problems. He finally went to see Dr. Yang hopping his pains at least half way better so he can eat. To our surprises, his teeth sensitive to hot and cold are gone now. He eats w/o worries. Dr. Yang is young and intelligent, a godsend to us. Thank you Dr. Yang

I been seeing Dr Ouyang at the All Smile Dental for over 2 years now. The entire team is very caring. For example: just the other day I called in for a chopped tooth, dr ouyang just told me to come in on the same day and installed a filling right away!

I also had an implant done here. Price is reasonable. Overall my entire family rely on Dr. Ouyang for all dental work.

I discovered Dr. Ouyang at All Smile Dental Care when an errant steel bar hit me in the mouth at work. The blow broke one front tooth and loosened the other. Though I was not a patient at the time I needed immediate help and called Dr. Ouyang who shuffled appointments in order to see me that morning. Following an exam and an Xray, Dr. Ouyang's advised me to give the loose tooth time to heal. He then made a perfect color match to fill the broken front tooth. Thanks to Dr. Ouyang I still have both teeth and after four years, remain a grateful patient.

I should have been more alerted when I saw the negative comments from other customers complaining about that the receptionist DINAH was the most rude person they’ve ever met on other social media.

Now I’ve learned my lesson on my second visit and had the opportunity to see how rude and disrespectful , especially how weirdly emotional unstable this woman was, and also how careless and unprofessional the doctor treated the conflict caused by his employee. They just seem don’t care about their reputations and relationships with customers!

Don’t even try to ask questions when you got confused by the charge, because she will say she does not have time for it and ask you to leave if you do not make another appointment right away!She would be yelling at you and ask you to get out their office even though she does not have right to do so. And how does the doctor react to the conflict?He’d only say he did not know what happened and he had no rights to manage his employee when I requested an apology after everyone has seen her craziness and disrespect on the spot.

I chose this doctor only because he speaks Chinese and thought there might be better communications, but still I was totally shocked by the fact that the doctor said he forgot about our conversation as well as the agreed treatment plan on the first time when I questioned about how he would fix my teeth !!! I was also shocked by how unexpected horrible customer service they provided . The only matter they care is to make more money, they don’t even care about reputation, not to mention customer service.

This is actually the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!I seriously suggest that she need to check up her mental health since she got mad so suddenly and unreasonably which did not seem like a normal situation after I’ve seen what happened.

Strongly suggest to avoid this place and get a professional dentist for yourself, sincerely.
