Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with my daughter in this place. She had an appointment for fillings for 2 cavities. The doctor refused to see my daughter because she had breakfast and they insisted on using the laughing gas, extra 150.00, even when I didn’t want to do it. Technically they pushed me to do it as the doctor wouldn’t see her otherwise. I had to wait two months for the next available appointment, as they wanted to stick with the same doctor, and they didn’t care that I wasn’t available the only day the doctor goes to the office. I had to miss work and my daughter miss school because they wouldn’t give me an option with another doctor.
Long story short, my husband took her for the 2 fillings, they used laughing gas, my daughter ended up crying, with a crown, because at this point the cavity was to big for a filling. They didn’t do the other tooth which had an infection and they didn’t even bother to tell me that, and they charged me 500.00 for a terrible service. Bad customer sservice, bad communication. I am not coming back. I was fortunate enough to find a new dentist with a lot of experience and that is not in business to rip you off.

Ever met a 3 year old who loves the dentist? My 3 year old daughter LOVES visiting the dentist here. My son has come here for years and my daughter could not wait to be old enough to see the dentist herself. The staff is amazing and friendly and always on top of things. We love All Kids Dental!

We have had an amazing experience with this dental office. If you are looking for friendly and experienced staff and a wonderful pediatric dentist, you’ve found it. From regular cleanings, to filling cavities - everyone in the office makes you feel welcomed and very comfortable. I’m so grateful to all the staff for taking such good care of my kids. This office is worth the drive from Riverside!

We have been seeing Dr. Renzi since 2014. I have three kids with varying dental experiences and Dr. Renzi has done a great job accommodating them all. His warm personality and goofy jokes make the kids feel comfortable. He always greets them with a friendly 'hi, hello' before diving in. He also tells the kids what he's going to do before he does it so they know what to expect and they're not surprised. My kids went from being terrified of going to the dentist to looking forward to their visits and even prepping for their visit by googling "terrible dad jokes." 🙂

We really like the staff- Julie has been so easy to work with. My biggest complaint is; they don't see adults. It's rare to find such a great place for kids, where they're all happy and comfortable. We now drive an hour one way just to see Dr. Renzi and the staff at All Kids Dental.

I took in both my children.They are very afraid of going to the dentist, but surprisingly they felt very comfortable with Dr House. She is very nice and understanding and knew how to handle my children. She was very patient and did not rush through the procedure. I recommend this office very strongly.

These people are beyond amazing! I called at 2pm on a Friday right before a three day weekend because my little one with Autism (my child does not talk) was screaming and crying holding the right cheek. I called 3 different places and finally I called All Kids Dental...they answered and I explained my situation. They said can you bring your child in right now? Brought my kiddo down and we were seen in 20 mins. While we were waiting the sweet dental assistant said the dentist has training with Special Needs kids...everything will be fine. And it was!!! They had me hold my child a certain way and although my kiddo was crying the dentist was able to look around the mouth and saw that permanent teeth were coming in pushing against some spacers (another dentist messed up on) and this was causing the discomfort! He said give Tylenol and ibuprofen but if the pain persisted call us over the weekend! REALLY...they didn’t even know my family...were werent regular patients but they treated us like we were. I have since been back with my both of my kiddos and had great experiences EVERYTIME! Best kids dentist around...especially if your a parent of a special needs kid! 5 stars all day!!!

My daughter has been going to All Kids Dental in Menifee for several years for dentistry and orthodontics. She is comfortable with all staff and has never had a complaint. The office staff is always polite and accommodating.

Phone asked for Dr to call and medical records be sent because we need morning appointment s office manager gave us a hard time about that still no call finally got records but didn't enjoy the negative things written about children who at the time where three and two won't be going back and if you do go watch comments about your children or a staff who is rude and no return calls from Dr
