The reviews I see is from 2020. Not my experience with staff.

My daughter scheduled an appointment yesterday, and they got her in immediately. No problem! I had an emergency situation this morning, which prevented me from taking her. She not only missed their appointment, but another as well. An text was sent stating she could not be rescheduled.

They were not accommodating at all not understanding on the situation. I called and asked where could their policy be located online. She stated that is an office policy, that if you missed your first appointment with them you couldn't be rescheduled.

That was never disclosed during the time of the appointment or the times they called for my social. No one ever mentioned this policy.

I accepted her decision not to reschedule, and politely asked if there are any other dentist they may recommend. She told me they are not allowed to recommend other dentist to patients. But they were referred by another AMAZING dentist office. She told me to called that other office back and they can recommend another dentist for my daughter.

I think the dentist may be great, I do not know. But what I am sure of is the hygienist, schedulers, and the whole team (at any office or business), is what makes a business great and successful.

She was rude and dismissive from the beginning of our conversation.

Life happens, unfitunfortunate events happens, and the situation that arouse was higher on the radar (i.e my preemie not feeding as he should and I expressed that to her). I was not thinking to call and cancel the appointment.

I provided a one star based on this particular situation. Not a reflection of the dentist, hygienist, or care received. The treatment from this particular staff member, which was not the same young lady I spoke with yesterday (I called today at 12:03. So whoever the woman was that answering the phones at that time, is shwho my experience was with).

They should definitely put that clause in their policy, clients can see and read. Because I have been around long enough to know that "is office policy" means they can apply that policy to whomever they want and at their discretion. It doesn't apply to everyone! I'm sure if they look back into their scheduling they have made accommodations for me patient, with no good reason for missing and not calling and there's a pattern for this they accommodate for.
