We just had my daughter’s first visit to the dentist! Ms. Felicia and Dr. Lori as well as the other dental technicians I didn’t catch their names were so sweet and welcoming and helpful while my extremely independent and willful 2 year old was being very good at being a toddler. They were patient and supportive and understood her age and where she’s at developmentally ( pushing boundaries and having meltdowns).
It really made me feel so good to see how they met her where she was at to give her a comprehensive visit. Dr. Lori addressed my questions and concerns about pacifier use and the best course forward. The informational pamphlet you get in your new patient kit is so informative on how your child’s teeth are coming in and about what age you should expect permanent teeth as well as tips on care etc.

My kids and I absolutely LOVE the staff here. They are always so knowledgeable and kind. I never have to wait for long extended periods of time. This is the best children’s dentist as my son would say. A bonus is that they have a holy bible in the lobby and my 8 year old son found interest in the Bible while waiting to be serviced. After his appointment, he tells me he learned about God at the dentist and can’t wait to go back to pick up the Bible.

It is a godsend to find a doctor that serves special needs kids. The whole staff has always been patient understanding and kind. Always worked with my son through his anxiety fear and meltdowns. Now that my son is older he doesnt fear going to the dentist.

They are extremely friendly here their waiting room is kid friendly and the facilities are top notch they helped us and did it with a smile....a genuine smile you can tell they have a lot of good days here. My daughter's cleaning went great and we will continue coming here for her dental needs she didn't even try they were so good..... Kudos alabaster smiles
