Dr. Moss has been taking care of my four children for years, and now my granddaughters see him too. His approach has been so reassuring, and he makes it easy for my teens to keep their appointments on their own while always keeping me in the loop. We just had our first dental appointment at APDA and it was such a great experience! My daughter is three years old and on the autism spectrum and everyone was so kind and patient with her, even though she was scared and resistant to having her teeth cleaned. Dr. Moss sang to her while checking her teeth which I thought was the sweetest thing. I couldn’t have asked for a better first visit!

Best Pediatric Dental Office in Alabama! ?
I have been taking my children to this place for many years….. My oldest two are now in their 20’s and I am still taking my 8 year old. We’ve been to their offices in Madison, Decatur and Huntsville…. and every one is absolutely amazing!
They all 3 have places for the kids to play prior to their appointment. My kids loved coming here and my 8 year old begs to go to the dentist!
The appointments are always pretty quick and thorough. They explain everything and really keep the parents involved.
My kids said that the best part is the prize they get to pick from the treasure chest after each visit.
I will never take my kids and hopefully my grandkids anywhere else for dental services.

I was so extremely impressed with APDAO. Everything about it. Everyone was so kind. They have a quiet room and a game area. Everything was so clean and welcoming. Highly recommend the dental hygienists and the dentist we saw as well. 11 out of 10. Take your kids here.

My experience with Dr. Kevi, his assistant and Michelle in orthodontics was equally as amazing. Highly recommend.

Our first trip to the dentist was a success! I cannot say enough good things about the staff members and Dr. Lackey. My son was welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. I was able to fill out paperwork via the online portal, so I didn't have to worry about it upon arrival. The nurses took his picture and put it in a "My First Trip to the Dentist" frame to hang on the refrigerator. The dental assistant was so nice and comforting. She talked, played, and helped Hudson stay calm while examining his teeth. Dr. Lackey was absolutely amazing! At first, he started talking to Hudson and making him feel comfortable. He made up a story and "read" his paper to him. After he checked his teeth, he talked with me about several things and was very thorough. I have always been nervous at the dentist, and I am relieved to know my child is going to comforting, friendly, and professional dentist. Thank you, Alabama Pediatric Dentist Associates!
