Medically, 5 stars. Administratively ZERO stars! Affinity's appointment interval protocol is "6 months plus 1 day". My previous 2024 appointment was 7/2/2024 (due to "date creep" Affinity told me it could not be end June, 2024). Based on Affinity protocol, my next appointment could not have been until 2025. HOWEVER, my dental insurance protocol is "2 per year", not "every 6 months". In October I discussed this with Merna, Affinity's manager. She confirmed that with Liberty Dental and agreed that a December, 2024, prophylaxis would be covered. In addition, I have that agreement IN WRITING from Liberty. HOWEVER, when I checked in yesterday morning I was told this 12/27/2024 prophylaxis was NOT covered and would cost me $125. I STRENUOUSLY objected and provided the written agreement from Liberty. When I was told that Merna was the one who determined that it was NOT covered, I was really angry since it was she who agreed that it was. If Affinity continues to demand that I pay the $125 for this visit, I will not only NOT PAY! I will FIRE Affinity and file suit charging FRAUD!

Pleased with the service as always, even with having to reschedule my appointment a couple of times due to issues on their end I was kept informed of the details as to why
It was happening which makes all the difference in the world from a patient’s point of view(also this has never happened before in the 10+ years I’ve been coming here). Michelle was excellent as she always is in servicing my implants.

I knew that a tooth needed to come out and was ready to go to the Oral Surgeon but sickness stuck. I waited till I was better and could have Dr Michaels pull it. He is so concerned about the pain and even after I was numb he told me because of the infection sometimes interferes with the depth of numbing. He wanted to wait for half an hour and then I braced for the pain when he pushed and pulled. I almost came out of the chair!!! It came out and he did a bone graft and stitched it and I was done.... Once healed, well look at options to finish it up. I am so glad he was in the office!!

They saw me on time. Which is great. The staff were friendly and let me know what to expect. The waiting room is clean, visually appealing, and relaxing. The dental staff and hygienist were honest about my needs, made recommendations that would actually help, and they were patient and gentle.

The dentists are kind but the front desk has terrible customer service. To preface this whole review, I have made it a point to speak calm and kindly to everyone that I have come in contact with about this situation. They overcharged me and after contacting my insurance about it they refuse to give me any information and then accused me of being a no show on my last appointment even though I called and rescheduled because I had to get further specialist work completed on my tooth. They tell me they are too busy to send me an email with my treatment plan, yet every time I’m in there they are standing in a circle gossiping about their Instagram posts. I’ve been coming here for years and I am very disappointed with their current “help” staff. Still trying to get this situation resolved but they have lost my business moving forward.
