My stay at maternity and labor and delivery was actually surprisingly pleasant. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because the food was awful and there was graffiti on the windows. But we are in the middle of Los Angeles. They went along with the birth plan to the best of their ability and my daughter was delivered safely with an emergency induction. It was an enjoyable experience even tho it didn’t go exactly how I wanted it to. The nurses were all really nice and attentive. Like I said if it wasn’t for really cosmetic issues, it would’ve been 5/5.

I recently delivered my baby at White Memorial Hospital, and I could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I was admitted, the staff made me feel safe, supported, and cared for. The facilities were clean, well-organized, and everyone worked together seamlessly to ensure both my baby and I were well taken care of.

What stood out most was the nurse Winnie who guided me through labor and delivery. She was incredibly experienced, calm, and compassionate. Her professionalism and confidence made the process feel smooth and manageable, even in moments when I felt overwhelmed. She explained every step clearly, reassured me when I was nervous, and encouraged me when I needed strength. Thanks to her, I felt empowered and at peace during one of the most important moments of my life.

I am deeply grateful to White Memorial Hospital and to this wonderful nurse for turning what could have been a stressful experience into a positive, memorable one. I highly recommend this hospital to any expecting mother who is looking for excellent medical care paired with genuine compassion.

I had a wonderful experience at Adventist Health White Memorial. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and cared for. Special thanks to my pre-op nurse Leander, the kind Chinese radiologist who took my X-ray, and nurse Michelle in the pre-op holding area. In the operating room, nurse Raymond, Dr. Sung, and Dr. Natalie Siser were all amazing. Dr. Siser has actually done two of my surgeries, and I am so grateful for her excellent care. After surgery, recovery nurse Olivia and Andrea were so kind and attentive while I waited for my kids to pick me up.

Actually, a lot of the staff recognized me, which made me feel even more cared for and valued. Everyone I encountered was professional, compassionate, and supportive. I am very grateful for the excellent care I continue to receive at Adventist White Memorial on E. Cesar Chavez.

Catherine who took great care of me before my Procedure was special nurse because see truly cares about her patients care. Dr. Simms show me that she cares and made sure I understood what was going to happen. MRI team was very knowledgeable and made sure I was well informed. I felt very comfortable the hold time I was there. Wesley was my last nurse he was great too. The hospital grounds are truly beautiful. Thank you for my care.

I came in for a sprained ankle on Friday afternoon the 12. As I was hoping in with crutches. Immediately one of the nurses came out to greet me with a wheelchair. All staff were kind and helpful. Thank you Dr. Vincent for being so thorough and answering all my questions. Patient care was immaculate. I appreciate all the hard work. It shows 🙂

I came here for an MRI and a cerebral angiogram because of my brain blood vessel condition.
Throughout my stay, all the nurses and doctors were incredibly professional and caring.
They genuinely built a great relationship with me as a patient, which made me feel very comfortable and worry-free during the entire process.
I truly appreciate their kindness and dedication.

The first day after arriving was okay, although the hospital was extremely loud, which made it a poor environment for recovery.

The second day was worse. The nurse was unavailable, and I eventually had to ask my doctor to discharge me because I knew I would recover faster at home. When I was released, it felt as though the nurse was irritated about having to wheel me out. She moved very quickly, and going over the bumps was painful. I believe there may be video of this if the hospital has security footage. I pushed through the discomfort because I just wanted to leave.

My wife and I have been going to this hospital to have outpatient lab work and routine EKGs for many years. The outpatient lab was recently closed and now it takes more than 3 hrs to have the same procedures done. I checked in around 6:45am and had my lab drawn within 45 minutes. I waited 2 more hrs to have an EKG done and I was told they were very busy and that they had too many patients. BTW, in the waiting room, for a while I was the only patient waiting to be called. After being there for more than 3 hrs total, I decided to leave the hospital without having the EKG done as it was ordered by my primary Physician who is an attending Physician at this Hospital. Two months ago, on September 30, 2025, I had the same experience. Similar orders for Lab work and EKG. It took around 3 hrs or more to have that done. Compared to other facilities, that seems excessive to me.
