Wow! Where do I start ? Best care and experience ever in a hospital and I had a heart attack! From my nurse Carla to Dr Kyaw . Best & most attentive care I have ever had! I am 67 and have had at least eleven surgeries and this was by far the best experience ever. You know the patient care is only part of it . Keeping my beautiful but understandingly concerned wife up to date and comforted is probably even more important to me and your team was fantastic! My apologies for not being able to remember all of the care providers names but they were all a blessing. I/we did not have one bad experience while I was in your care. There was a Daisy award mentioned in a folder we received but we have been unable to find any way to access it and give credit where it is due. If you can please help us with that we would greatly appreciate it.

Great experience. Dr. Miranda was great. She kept me up to date with everything going on with my stay. The nurses were all top notch. They were there to take care of me and did that and more! I would highly recommend this hospital and I’m sure I will be there again.

Check in was smooth. Most was completed on the phone the day before my procedure, so onsite took very little time. Was taken in at the time given on phone, but I must tell you I did arrive and check in 30 minutes before the time given. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Procedure went well and recovery was comfortable. Check out procedure was smooth. I recommend using the valet parking at the Hospital if your driver is staying with you. There was no charge to do that.

My unexpected stay at the hospital turned into 4 days and I want to share that the Dr’s are amazing and ALL the staff that tended to me were individually amazing! Words are not enough to express my gratitude of how grateful I am for each one of them. I even memorize their names Harman, Mama Arlene, Rosy, Sierra Dave, Jelly, my girl Donna, Arielle, Margarita, Maylynn and their Nurse Leader Eyleen! The lab techs, cleaning and cafeteria staff were very much important as well and took care of all my needs when I wasn’t feeling too well. You all have a special place in my heart and I thank you for the special service that you do in taking such a stressful role in the hospital. You are all a blessing and may god continue to be my your side!

Out patient procedure in Cath Lab. They ran later than they indicated. They wanted me by 830 arrived early figuring I’d have to fill out paperwork. Finished it and was told they get me by 930. They were slightly late on that. Prep for the the procedure and don’t goin until 1245. By then had not eaten anything since 1130 when I had a couple fig bars and a diet drink with my medicines. Actually ate just a light dinner at 1830. Was starving when they got me out at 1400. They found a tray of beef ravioli steamed summer squash and beef vegetable soup. I was so thirsty that I drank like 3 cups of the water while waiting for it and then the soup broth and veggies, the ravioli was decent for hospital food. But I was craving breakfast with pancakes and juice. Finally they began reducing the pressure on the Cath entry point and I got out at 1645. I had to ride home with only a drink because the driver wanted to get home. The dinner I had to order from Denny’s of Turkey and broccoli and corn was better.

The staff was pleasant and did their best to make sure I was comfortable. Good bed side manner including the Doctors. The hospital was very busy but the communication of documents that are be processed was lacking. Other than that everyone did an excellent job. I had the best nurses and even the housekeepers kept my room clean. I would recommend this hospital to others.

The initial triage was quick, easy and all the staff were polite. My issues are, I saw a dr only once for a quick triage. He ordered tests without telling me such as an ultrasound & EKG. The ultrasound tech explained what she was looking for, and there was no mention of my EKG at all or why they were testing my heart. In between tests they made me and a few other patients wait in a different lobby where no nurses ever checked in at all and there was no updates for anyone. I was here for about 5/6 hours and waited around 2.5/ 3 hours after all my tests were done. No communication at all, I personally have the Adventist patient portal so I was checking my own results since no one was checking in. Even though no one was checking in on me or the other patients, registration was very quick to ensure I paid a $400 copay. After the long wait, a nurse came in and took me to a room to discharge me. At this point no drs or nurses have gone over any of my results with me. The discharge nurse said my tests all looked fine, yet the EKG was not mentioned at all. She took all my vitals except my temperature. At this point I was feeling worse and thought I was having another fever. When I got home and checked my temperature, I had a fever of 101. Today I found out from my pharmacy that the hospital prescribed me medication, which no one ever told me about at the hospital either. Very frustrating experience.
