My daughter Amy, who is Down Sydrome has been treated wonderful. I was alittle hesitant about her care because of her disability. She was definitely treated with wonderful care. James asked her questions and gave her helpful advise about her home therapy! He treated her with the upmost respect! I would advise James at the Fort O. Office, James is a very compassionate and caring therapist! I would highly recommend PT Therapy. Also staff is very friendly and welcoming when you come in for treatment.

PT solutions on Cleveland Hwy in Dalton is the best. Shelley, Beth and everyone that works there are wonderful. They actually take the time to talk and joke around with my Mom during every physical therapy session. That means so much to my Mom. Elderly people like to be heard and treated like they are just as important, and everyone at this facility does that with my Mom. My Mom looks forward to going to the sessions, she says she gets to see her new friends ❤️

No one likes going to the hospital for a procedure. However, the entire team was great. The doctor, anesthesiologist, pre-op, post-op, and discharge nurses were caring, thoroughly explained the procedure, each asked if I had questions, and continually asked if they could do anything to make me more comfortable. I cannot think of a single thing to have improved my experience. Thank you to the Murray team.

Don't ever trust these people they don't never wanna do there job right they never wanna help that actually need help and this hospital is a joke to only have one doctor per staff on duty they need more then one doctor per staff my wife has been there for over 3 hours for a simple test and they have never came and gave her the results because supposedly the doctor is so busy with others patients which I know is bull crap because that hospital is never busy. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER

Friendly, professional, from Lara at the front, to McKenzie as an assistant, then James, the physical therapist; can't list all of the great things about the Fort Oglethorpe location!
I recommend James and the staff highly! James always explains the parts of the body that are being exercised, and often will show diagrams of specific areas he is helping me to strengthen.

Very bad billing department. The service is adequate but the billing is a scam. I received a bill that was for services not rendered and told them. They finally cancelled it after a rep from the Medicare fraud investigation department called them. They told the rep that the bill had been zeroed out. This was after Medicare had even paid them over 300 dollars just for a base office visit plus I had paid a small fee!
I have tried everything to talk to them. I am sure they are breaking the law. There is no law here in NW GA that will protect patients.
After that they sent me the same bill and turned it over to a scam collection agency! I just mailed the collection agency the zero balance statement so we will see but it's scammers scamming for more scammers. Beware.
