Dr. B and her staff are amazing! Both my husband and I were in need of implants and she did the surgical work for both of us and we couldn’t be happier. My implant was a front lower tooth which had been missing for decades and I was told it would be impossible to put an implant there. Dr. B was willing to give it a try. It didn’t go as smoothly as we all hoped because the bone for the implant needed to be built back up. Dr. B didn’t give up and today was at the dentist’s office to help with making the setting of the implant and polishing the gums. I’m more than satisfied and so grateful for her professionalism, expertise and going to extra mile to make sure I was happy with the results. Thank you so much! ~ Shari

Dr. Clark and staff are amazing! I just had a gum graft surgery and I was so pleased with the results! They are so kind and so caring about their patients. Dr.Clark went above and beyond after she performed my surgery and I’m so grateful I found such an amazing place for periodontal care. I would highly recommend! Thank u for being so amazing I’m so happy with my results!

This office is amazing. Each team member, from the front desk, to the back office technicians, to the dentist, is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and comforting. I appreciate their caring attitude and how they go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable before, during and after dental procedures. Highly recommend this office!!

My experience at this Office was awful, I would never recommend this office, not even to my worst enemy. At first, The front office seems to be very nice and friendly at your consultation , but that changes real quick when you ask questions or question the Doctor, or even question billing. The office begins to be very uninviting, unpleasant and just rude . Dr. Bea seems to enjoy the fact that her patients are extremely dissatisfied not only by her care but by how her staff treats people. I am actually surprised that this office is still open. I feel sorry for anyone that gets referred there. Gracie and Anai the office staff are just simply rude and have a chip on their shoulder's, they show the bare minimum of professionalism. There is something in the air in this place. Run for the hills!!! Go somewhere else, drive across the state, anything!!

Unfortunately, Gracie at the front desk, as well as some of the dental assistant’s have very unpleasant and unprofessional attitudes that make your visit extremely uncomfortable. It’s the kind of attitude that makes you feel like they are annoyed they’re having to help you. They also failed to inform me there was a 30% chance I would leave my surgery without being able to wear my partial that had my front tooth. Naturally, I was extremely upset upon finding this out when I was coming out of sedation. I would have made different arrangements for work and personal life. They offered to “write me a note” as if that would make not having a front tooth in a zoom conference call, solve my problems. They then proceeded to gaslight me at my post-op saying “I wasn’t communicating with them when they were trying to help me.” Oh the hypocrisy! This was my 4th time having this procedure (previous periodontist did first 3) and I have never left without wearing my partial. Nor, have I ever experienced such a salty staff. I understand medical necessity, but the lack of communication of such an important cosmetic issue should have been mentioned at my consultation. Dr. Bea is a capable surgeon and seems genuinely kind, as does (Deb?) at the front desk. Unfortunately, her other staff cast such a dark shadow over her and the practice, I would not recommend API at this time, solely for the reason no one should pay that much money to be treated that poorly. I have since transferred to Dr. Blasingame in Redding and could not recommend him and his staff more!

Awesome experience! I feel so grateful with the special care this dental place have provided me. All the staffs are so kind and thoughtful. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this office and the doctor Bea especially. Dr. Bea truly has been great, her knowledge is superb and her manner for patients is among the best.

Dr. Bea and her staff especially Grace are just amazing!! My daughter had her front tooth knocked out over the weekend. We are from out of town and Dr. Bea and Grace came in on their well deserved day off to take care of us. And take care of us they did. They were so kind and caring! Explaining everything in great detail of what they were doing before they did it and what the plan going forward should look like. Dr. Bea reached out to other colleagues in the community providing referrals for us. Both Dr. Bea and Grace went above and beyond. My daughter and I are so very grateful to both of them. Such professionalism and care. I just can’t say enough. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Dr. Bea and API !! They are the best!!

I came to API and needed an emergency extraction. I was very nervous and the staff and Dr. Bea immediately put my mind at ease. They shared a plan of care and I was so relieved to be treated. Everyone at the office was kind, gentle, knowledgeable and cared for me physically and emotionally. I felt no pain in the entire process! With much gratitude, thank you API and Dr Bea.
