I had a fantastic experience with this office -- my favorite dental health experience, and I'll be going here from her eon out. Everyone -- doctor Lily Patil and staff -- were genuinely kind and took extra steps to see if my insurance could cover more of my treatment, without me even asking. It had been a while since I had gone to the dentist, and I had been avoiding it out of embarrassment. They were honest and direct about the dental health problems I had but made me feel no shame whatsoever. Wait times in the lobby were minimal, and the receptionist was pleasant and kind in person and over the phone. It was clear the staff and doctor respected each other, and the doctor provided thorough, informative answers to every question. I'm extremely pleased with the fillings I got and it's clear the doctor took a lot of extra care to make sure they were well-fit. Overall, this office has a skilled, caring team that I’d gladly recommend.

I recently visited Accudental for a cleaning, and my experience was excellent. Thanh Nguyen, my RDH, was very thorough in explaining how to maintain good dental hygiene and was extremely careful during the cleaning process. I appreciate the level of care and attention to detail, making the entire visit comfortable and informative.

UPDATE: I will be happy to change this review once accudental gets back to me and takes care of this situation. it is not fair to be charged for something upfront and then NOT PROVIDED with the service and then keep my money. it is really hard for me to believe that a company would go through all this schooling and work to become accredited with all these places to just steal from its' patients and then give us the run around. below you can see someone from there asked me to contact them about my review to fix my situation. of which i have done to no avail thus far:

I contacted the manager (Charity) at accudental. I had to leave a message for her. that was on 3/11. She returned my call on wed 3/13 and said she would look into this situation for me. It is friday and she has not gotten back to me. I contacted them today on 3/15 and she answered the phone and pretended to transfer me to the manager but instead transferred me to the receptionist of which took another message.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

i normally do not like to write bad reviews unless I need to protect the general public from a possible scam artist.

I really like the ladies at the reception and actually feel really bad for them having to deal with frustrated people that are getting scammed by their doctors. it looks like i am not the first one.
I did not appreciate the pressure they put on me for paying everything upfront. I had two teeth extracted and they were supposed to do some work after that they did not. all they did was extract put gauze and send me on my way. I should only be paying for that. I overpaid and simply want my money back. I got infected which is a sure sign that the irrigation they promised and i paid for (of which they insisted must be done to prevent infection) WAS NOT DONE. They did not take any urgency in the fact that my face was swollen and in a lot of pain. I took antibiotics at home to relieve the pain and infection until I got there on Tuesday for the appt they scheduled for me (5 days away).

I still have not heard back about the irrigation that was not done and my payment in return.

Dr. Sunny is absolutely amazing! I had the best dental experience ever. The staff was friendly, the clinic was clean, and the overall atmosphere was very soothing. Dr. Sunny was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took time to understand my concerns and provided top-notch care. I left the clinic feeling completely satisfied and confident in their work. I highly recommend Dr. Sunny for his expertise and excellent service. A perfect 10/10 experience!

I would like to thank Dr. Lily, Sunny, Linh, Joanna, and Charity for making my experience the best since I have very high anxiety when it comes to things like this and they made sure I was at my most comfortable, from the front desk to the dental chair. They are very welcoming and detailed in everything, making sure you understand all treatment that is needed. — Sunny taking my X-rays was very friendly, assuring me I’m in good hands. Dr. Lily and Sunny were so understanding, they made sure to make me feel more relaxed by putting on some music to my liking. I recommend everyone to come here if you want the best experience!
