I have been going to Ablantis for several years, and I have also taken my daughter and my son. The doctors and their entire team are simply amazing. I love that everyone is bilingual, which makes me feel very comfortable since sometimes I need things explained in Spanish.

The office is always super clean, and the staff is incredibly kind and professional. Both doctors have magic hands—it’s the best dental office I’ve been to in decades. I highly recommend them 100%!

Dr. Claudia is the most skilled, intuitive, professional, personable dentist I've ever met. She cares about your comfort, but is not a dentist that is There for the Money and always trying to upsell you. She's just authentic and a good person. You can tell a quality dentist by the happy, loyal staff and longevity of staff and clients. Highly recommend you switch to this practice. You will be Glad you did! PS: your current dentist has to transfer your x-rays and records per your request... That was helpful for me to discover, so I could move away from a place that was not so great.

Dr. Claudia Cortadi is both kind & heart-centered as well as extremely knowledgeable, creative, up-to-date and efficient in addressing dental issues. She is the first dentist I have found who has been able to resolve a dental issue no one else had been able to resolve--for decades. She also recently met me in her office--on her day off--to very kindly and adeptly resolve a dental issue. Dr. Cortadi's staff is very kind and helpful, and the atmosphere is very positive! I am delighted to write an absolutely positive review of Ablantis Dental office.

From the very first call, to scheduling the appointment, and going through the procedure itself I had nothing but great experiences. The front desk specialist Gabriela very patiently assured me by addressing all of my questions, and concerns and she did so with courtesy, and kindness. Dental assistant Ashley was very professional, attentive, humorous, and very well-trained. She was an excellent help, and she made sure to set the positive, and relaxed mood before my procedure. And then there was Claudia- the most assuring, confident, and trustworthy dentist I have yet met in this country. I can tell that she loves her craft, and that she is trained to very high standards, and that she truly wants to deliver her very best to her patients. She also has a very positive aura that made me feel calm, and secure. I knew I was in good hands the moment she walked in to the office.

It has been 10 years since I needed an appointment, my trusted dentist is far away, and I was afraid to trust another doctor after two offices in San Diego have already let me down, terribly, on their ethical, hygienic, and safety standards. I was afraid to trust another dentist, and that is when Ablantis Dental came to the picture. I highly recommend them to anyone, and I now know where to go if I will need any help!

Earlier post: I had my intake appointment this week. The doctor and the hygienist were both very courteous, professional, and thorough. I felt very comfortable in the office and felt I was being taken care of in every respect. The X-rays that were taken were the most comprehensive set I've ever had taken; from every angle possible. They are also digital, which I was happy about, because that means less exposure to radiation and the x-rays can be easily emailed should I relocate to a new area and need to have my dental record forwarded elsewhere. The dentist also took some photos of a few of my teeth using a tiny camera, so she could show me a few problem spots by projecting the photos on a large screen in front of me. I felt that my teeth were thoroughly cleaned by the hygienist and the gum pocket screening (to check for gum disease) was completed as well, which many dental offices don't bother doing. I just re-located to San Diego and feel confident that Ablantis Dental will continue to be my go-to dental office in this area. Bonus: While sitting in the dental chair, there is a large screen with relaxing photos of tropical beaches and other beach areas, which is soothing while at the dentist!

UPDATE: I've since had two cavities filled and some other minor work done. I also had an in-depth discussion with the Doctor about options for crown replacements, materials used, and avoiding metals which can be toxic to the body (including mercury, but not limited to just mercury). I felt supported and reassured during the procedures I had done this week. Dr. Claudia asked me a couple of times how I was doing, sometimes sang along to songs that were playing in the background, and talked to me about what she was doing. All procedures and the rationale for them were clearly explained ahead of time and again, i was shown digital x-rays on a large overhead screen. I will be getting my crowns replaced and feel I can trust the doctor and her staff. I've experienced other dentists in the past who were not trustworthy in that they lied about the materials they were using and did unnecessary procedures (gingivectomy, etching a healthy tooth to "fill in" an indentation that was not problematic, which ultimately comprimised the enamel) in order to make more money. I feel confident coming to Ablantis Dental and have no fears that such things will occur here. I expect only quality and ethical treatment. They even sent me a "post-op" email after the fillings with instructions and information about what to expect for the next week or so. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

UPDATE #2:
It's 2021 now, and Doctor Cortadi and the other ladies at Ablantis Dental continue to be my dental team! I am completely satisfied with everything I've had done here.
I appreciate the professionalism the friendliness and the welcoming attitude everybody has in the office. I always feel comfortable when I come here and I feel like they treat me as if I'm part of the family. They check my gum pockets a couple times of year as well.
Recently my sister told me she had her gum pockets checked elsewhere for the first time in her life. She lives in another state or I would highly recommend her to come to my dentist. I couldn't believe she never had her gum pockets checked before. That is an important part of dental health. They really take care of your dental health here at Ablantis and make sure you're doing well. Yesterday doctor Cortadi told me my gums look really healthy. I'm very excited. My teeth just keep getting healthier and my gums keep getting healthier as time goes on, because I'm getting such good dental care!

UPDATE #3:
It's 2024 and I now live very far from the dental office, but I'm driving about 5 hours round trip to see Dr. Cortadi. She will be my dentist until she retires!
