Dr. Raissi's genuine concern for his patients is evident. From the moment you walked into his office in Gilroy, he took the time to listen attentively and explain every step of the procedure. His compassionate and caring presence immediately put me at ease, dispelling any concerns I had about discomfort. The support and understanding I also received from his staff were exceptional; their kindness and attentiveness were greatly appreciated.

Dealing with an infected tooth was causing me intense pain, and I was apprehensive about undergoing a root canal. However, Dr. Raissi's expertise and skill in performing the procedure made it virtually painless. This was a significant relief for me, as my fear of pain was a primary concern. Not only does he take the time to listen to patients attentively, but he also goes above and beyond to explain every step of the procedure. The staff are equally comforting and engaged with their patients.

Since my procedure, I've been pain-free, a stark contrast to my previous visits to other practices. I am grateful for the excellent care I received from Dr. Raissi and his team. I had to have a root canal and was referred to Dr. Raissi. His staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. All was explained to me clearly before the procedure began. As work was being done, Dr. Raissi would let me know that I might feel a certain sensation, so I was prepared that this was "normal" in the process. I felt at ease in Dr. Raissi's presence and during the procedure. It is important to me that I feel that both Doctor and staff are competent, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and care about you as a person. Dr. Raissi and his staff check off all those boxes. Dr. Raissi is a fabulous doctor. He takes time with his patients and genuinely cares about them.

I initially had a crown and then a root canal done by my dentist. After that, I was still in pain for two months. In the interim I went to an ENT and had a CT scan to check my sinuses (all clear), and was still left with constant pain. My situation felt hopeless.

I went to Dr. Raissi and he thoroughly checked my tooth and performed a second root canal on my tooth that day! Right from the start, he and Presilla made me feel comfortable. Dr. Raissi has a comforting presence and is very knowledgeable. The procedure itself was amazing because he fixed my tooth I thought I was going to lose. I am finally without the throbbing pain I had for months.

Presilla was amazing. When I called for my appointment, she took the time to ask me questions and comfort me. She also made an appointment for me right away. She offered me the ability to have a consultation and the root canal the same day.

I have had root canals done by my dentist and another endodontist. No one has taken the care and time Dr. Raissi does while performing a root canal. He takes x-rays during the procedure and is very thorough. He and Presilla work seamlessly together. I felt taken care of after two long months of thinking my tooth would have to be pulled.

I had a second root canal on another tooth the next day, and it was a breeze.

Without a doubt, when I need an endodontist, I will go to Dr. Raissi. I highly recommend him and have told all my friends and family about him.

As a dentist, I trust quality of dental work that Dr Raissi provides; that’s why I had Dr Raissi do the root canal that my tooth needed. Treatment was painless ( except the injection part obviously) and it was done in one session. It’s been more than a year and I’m very happy with the result.
