Thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. Though i was in an incredible amount of pain,
the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The office itself is clean, modern, and has a relaxing atmosphere, which put me at ease.

Dr. James was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step of my treatment. They answered all my questions and ensured I understood my options. The dental hygienist, Stephanie, was also fantastic, making the cleaning process smooth and painless.

What stood out to me most was how well the team worked together to provide top-notch care. It’s clear they prioritize patient comfort and satisfaction, and I felt like I was in great hands throughout my entire visit.

I’ve been going here since moving to the area a few years ago. I had severe dental anxiety when first going here. They are all so kind and reassuring that I no longer have dental anxiety.

The entire process has always been pleasant, from scheduling , check-in, billing, and the appointment itself. They make everything comfortable and easy!

Everyone is professional, there’s pretty much no wait time, very well organized, always very clean and friendly and welcoming team. Most importantly dentists are great, Dr Doan is wonderful, she will rather explain something multiple times than just do what she knows is best without consulting with you. There are some dentists that will leave smaller cavities for later, I believe she doesn’t do that but rather takes care of those right away, before they become a bigger problem. They have some options on top of the basic cleaning that are not necessarily covered by the insurance, but you have an option to opt out if you don’t want them done.

I haven’t had my teeth done in a long time, due to life circumstances and insurance. I looked them up online cause I was new to the area and saw so many good reviews and how nice everyone is. That was an understatement, everyone in the office welcomes you in with open arms and takes care of you. They are so accommodating, sweet and gentle.
