Creci con mucho temor de ir al dentista ya que en El Salvador no tube una bonita experiencia. Pero cuando fui a la oficina de A family Dental Practice con El doctor Suhail mi temor desaparecio. Ellos son muy amables, cuidadosos y muy atentos desde las que estan al frente, las ayudantes del doctor y sobre todo doctor Suhail.
El trabajo que el doctor ha hecho en mis dientes ha sido excelentes!
Definitivamente los Recomiendo mucho. ❤️

Today, my husband and I had such a great experience at the office. The staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Suhail was amazing and took great care of us as well as walked us through everything!!! The team (Gloria, Rosie, Cynthia, and Josh) was amazing and super friendly. I am so glad and satisfied that we found a great dentist office near by our area. And extremely recommended for all my family and friends! A family dental practice is the best from start to finish. The receptionists are always very welcoming and assuring making you feel at ease. I struggled with a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work and the team all help to put it at ease. I drive over an hour to come here just because of the service. Gloria at the front is amazing at reassuring your visit will be fine (which for me is when I’m most stressed typically). Jessica the hygienist is always so friendly and positive so there’s no worries about “guilt” that I at least thought I would get when I started treatment. Dr. Suhail gave me a filling that I legitimately could not feel a thing even without any injections being needed. Choose this team. They pride themselves on the work they do and it shows every step of the way. Thank you guys for the work you all do to make this place the way it is.

(Mind you I have been a patient for 4 years now but prior I had not gone to the dentist for a long time. They made me feel accepted and comfortable and never once shamed me or did anything or said anything to make me feel bad about that gap so if you are worried about taking that step please do not hesitate).

This was my first time at A Family Dental Practice, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who feels nervous or anxious about the dentist.

Main points:
• The staff was very kind and professional.
• There was a positive atmosphere the entire appointment.
• There was no judgement and no pressure. I was made to feel comfortable and safe.
• The appointment was quick, but I didn’t feel rushed.

Experience: Scheduling the appointment was very quick and easy. I just gave my name, number, and my preferred date and time over the phone. I was then sent a link to fill out patient information forms. I received a friendly greeting from Gloria upon my arrival and when two of my forms didn’t appear in the system, she was sweet enough to walk me through them there. Very soon after I met Cynthia who gave me a quick tour and did all my x-rays. She was very kind, professional, and guessed my height perfectly on the panoramic X-ray! What?! It was my first time in one of those X-rays. It felt like those enclosed metal detectors at the airport but just on my head. I’ve also had issues at the dentist before because my tongue has a mind of its own and fights back, but she was nice and understood which was refreshing. Once my X-rays and images were done, I was introduced to Josh and Dr. Suhail who went over the images with me. They walked me through what treatments I should do for any problem areas I had and made me feel good about being there. Josh gave me some referral’s for a couple orthodontists and I was then introduced to Cody who did my cleaning. He was very friendly and made sure I felt comfortable. It was a very quick procedure and he gave me a toothbrush after and said no lollipops. Overall I had a great experience and I highly recommend this dental practice.

Just got my teeth fully deep cleaned! Jessica did an awesome job with my cleaning and was very kind and thorough. I feel like a new person with these teeth! Thanks again Jessica can't wait for my next appointment! Also thanks to the entire staff for making me feel very welcome and like family.

A Family Dental Practice is the best dental office I have ever been to. Gloria and Cynthia at the front desk helped me coordinate my visit amidst my busy schedule. Marco created my crown and my smile has never looked more natural- he's an actual expert!! Dr. Suhail was kind and fabulous as he is at all my visits. I love this office and the entire team here. They gave me my smile back and I am so so grateful.

The entire staff is amazing. Kind, patient, professional. They definitely make going to the dentist a lot more enjoyable. The dental hygienist Jessica does a fantastic job and is very gentle and keeps you informed on what she is doing the whole time. The whole group does an amazing job educating and collaborating to make sure a plan is formed that works for you and your teeth. I highly recommend this dentist and the entire staff.
