Ignore the bad reviews, my experience was outstanding. The office staff are very friendly and thorough. The DR was quite informative during the initial consultation, and answered all my questions. He performed a flawless root canal procedure and was very professional and communicative throughout. Again, he addressed all my questions. This office is spotless and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this Endodontist for services!

I was refered to this “dentist” for a root canal. I also have an issue with another tooth that I wanted him to look at. I made an appointment for a consult stating all of my needs. Please dont waste your time here.
I came in early to fill out the new patient paperwork, which they dont even read in this office. I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. My daughter was NOT allowed passed the entrance to sit by me, however every other practice has never even questioned it and allowed her to sit and comfort me.
The doctor walked in, and as I was in the middle of explaining my anxiety to him, asking him to please not explain what hell be doing, and I dont want to see the xray i brought with me (it makes me dizzy), he cut me off…pulled up the xray and MADE me look. I got dizzy and asked him to please be patient with me. He then proceeded to tell me i need a cleaning and i dont take care of my mouth. My other dentist however said i do need a cleaning but i have great mouth hygiene. He spent a total of 2 seconds in my mouth, told me i need a root canal (DUH), and as he was walking out I stopped him to ask about my other concerns i came in for. He said “I DONT HAVE TIME”! When I gave him a look of concern, he rolled his eyes and pulled my chair back and said “root canal too”, and walked out. I know for a fact I dont need a root canal on that tooth lol
Im European and have gotten all my work done in Europe, so the excuse of his rude behavior due to him being french is unacceptable. NEVER have I met such a careless doctor. Of course I had to pay for this worthless appointment. He wouldnt give me an appointment for a root canal because I told the front desk i only want local anesthetics, no other drugs. But that’s perfectly OK with me because I will not be coming in for a root canal anyway. I do not trust him.

As we write this review we’re gut laughing at the absurdity of our experience here. My 88 year old grandpa needed a root canal and was referred to this practice. He writes a lot these days and has a popular blog about his life and observations. He decided to write about his upcoming root canal to lighten his spirits. In the story he joked about the paperwork that goes along with the procedure. He thought it was hilarious and brought along a copy for the Dr to read. Was it eccentric? Yes. Were there several fart jokes? Yes. Did the Dr think it was funny? Nope!

I am floored to report the Dr read the story and informed my 88 year old grandpa that he would not be doing the procedure and asked him to leave immediately. My grandpa doesn’t drive anymore so he asked if he could wait in the waiting room until someone picked him up. “Nope!” The staff told him “You have to leave now”. They kicked him out of the building entirely!

This is literally the first negative review I’ve ever written about an establishment, but being offended by a harmless joke is not grounds to deny an 88 year old man medical treatment and litetally kick him out on the street.

Luckily my grandpa has a great sense of humor and thinks this is all HYSTERICAL. He’s going to have to find somewhere else to get his root canal, but he’s excited to have a funny new ending to his story.

This was absolutely a one star experience, but we will be laughing about the dentist with the bad sense of humor for generations.

This Dr should not be allowed to treat the public. He has no bedside manner and if you express any feelings at all he will walk out of the room and cancel your appointment. He's also a coward because he makes his staff handle the aftermath while he hides in his office. He's a horrible excuse for a Dr and needs to go into a different field asap. He is why people hate going to the dentist. My daughter had her appt with him today and this was our experience. He needs to be reported to the State.

Fantastic! I went in for a root Canal, YIKES! Staff was very good at explaining what to expect and how to prepare for your treatment appointment. The environment is clean and designed to help a person feel relaxed in what is usually an uncomfortable or painful experience. Doctor was very straight forward and confident in the consultation. I'm here for a root canal, not a conversation. (save that for my regular dentist)True, it lasted just a couple minutes, But you pay for the Doctors time and experience, NOT how long you sit in the chair while they play detective in your mouth. The actual root canal appointment was like a dream I barely remember it, and I felt absolutely nothing. The medication made the appointment feel like it was maybe ten minutes, though it was a couple hours long in reality. I highly recommend the Anxiety medication they offer, you wont feel or remember a thing! I floated out of the office and was just a little sore in the jaw for a couple days. Haven't felt a bit of pain since! If I need another root canal in the future I will return !

I truly had such a smooth, easy experience here with Dr. Pouresmail. My first appointment was a consultation for a root canal. He was kind and asked me questions about my pain. He confirmed which tooth it was with some testing methods and an X-ray. I then met with his staff up front, Karla I believe is her name. She is very kind and thorough with describing the process of how the day of your root canal will go, as well as fully explaining the costs.

The day of my root canal I came in and had my hair in a bun right in the center of the back of my head. Dr. Pouresmail came in to greet me and explained that I would need to fix my hair so it sat lower near my neck, that it would be uncomfortable leaving it where it was. That might not sound like much to you but I really appreciated that detail because honestly I forgot how long I'd be sitting in that chair, and just that little change made it so much more comfortable. He and his assistant checked in with me throughout the procedure, and it went by smoothly!

If you're looking for someone who knows exactly what they're doing and will make sure your teeth are properly taken care of, I highly recommend Dr. Pouresmail and his team! Of course, I'm hoping I'll never need a root canal again, but if I do, I'm definitely going back!

Manuchehr is exceptionally skillful in root canal procedures and makes you feel so much at ease when doing his work. Although, his confidence and straightforwardness causes some discomfort, on the other side, his amazing staff and front desk are friendly, understanding and very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Manochehr for any kind of root canal procedures that seem frightening to patients like me!

I seem to have had the same experience as the prior reviewer. I was referred to this office by my dentist, and didn't check any on-line reviews before going to this office. I was charged $250 for two X-rays and a few minutes with the doctor. I was extremely uncomfortable with the doctor -- I felt something like a demeaned captive in a totalitarian country -- and was unpleasantly surprised, to say the least, at the charge. I've never had such a negative reaction to anyone in the medical profession before.
