Lansford Dental is the absolute BEST! After I completed chemotherapy, I was searching for a dentist that is well-versed in all of the complications that arise after treatment. You’d be surprised how many dentists don’t possess the knowledge or know-how to address cancer patients’ teeth issues. I made a 3+ hour drive to be seen by Dr. Lansford, and I’m SO glad I did! From the moment I entered the office, the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Lansford was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented. I will not hesitate to return, and I have recommended them to several friends. Best experience @ the dentist I’ve ever had, which we all know is hard to come by! I have been a patient of Dr. Lansford for over 10 years. During that time he has performed a variety of dental procedures for me, including fillings, restorative and cosmetic procedures. I have always felt comfortable and confident in Dr. Lansfords' ability to take care of my dental needs. He is a perfectionist and the results of his work have never disappointed me. I have been with Lansford Dental Group since they have opened here in Paso Robles. They are Fantastic as a team. Everyone works so well together, easy process, very friendly start to finish. Always very gentle care. Nice to be able to get a new crown completed all in one visit. No more temporary caps, then wait a week till the permanent crown comes in.

I've been a patient of the Lansford Dental Group since their opening. The staff is professional and warm; they make me feel like they're happy to see me. I had another great experience yesterday - Dr. Karanian replaced a crown. I was having a bad day, and Dr. Karanian and her staff once again made me great - during dental work, so that's really saying something! Zero pain, it went quickly, and I felt completely taken care of us. Thank you Lansford Dental Group!

I have a Bentley in my mouth, lol. Through years of a cavities turning into root canals turning into implants. And veneers. Last week when a implant became loose they were able to get me in in just a few days. I had had an implant come loose elsewhere about a year ago and the doctor made a big deal of having to call in a specialist and have him review to decide what was happening and what should happen. I told him I’ve been through this before it just needed to be tightened. After the specialist (in this other office) left me the regular denist came in and spoke in a low slow voice as if he was talking to an elderly woman with dementia and explained what had happened. I looked at him and I said, “So exactly what I told you, happened?!” That other office made it an extremely expensive, long drawn out thing. This doctor just went in and took care of it, smooth easy as it should’ve been thank you.
I was just lucky that an appointment had canceled after mine and so they were able to not only take care of the implant but do a wonderful deep cleaning, thank you Lisa. And I paid $10 to have her coat my gums with lidocaine. You know what it feels like when they hit a nerve while they’re cleaning and at 60+ I have a few spots like that. She really went to work I was very impressed with her and the whole office, experience.

Dr. Lansford repaired my chipped front tooth today, and now it looks perfectly normal and natural. He is an artist when it comes to teeth! He’s also personable, calm, and thorough in his explanations. His expertise, his state-of-the-art office, and his amazing staff are a testament to his consummate professionalism. A++++ dentist!!
