Staff is wonderful but the Dentist herself, not so much. Discovered this place of business upon moving back to this side of town. My Daughter has braces and we were looking to have them removed Before college.The dentist told us she would have to do all these expensive procedures before removing the braces which we consented to because we decided to trust her nice exterior. After three months of racking up charges to my insurance, and doing a horrible job of lazering my daughters gums, and made no attempts to correct the issue, she decided that it was best that we “go find an orthodontist to remove them “ just played in our face the whole time knowing my daughter was heading to college and wanted them off. When confronted with previous conversations she would divert the conversation with a “new diagnosis” to move forward with. I have a huge hole in my tooth Rt now that she saw in July when she preformed a tooth extraction. When the nurse asked if she wanted me rescheduled, her response was “I don’t need to see her anymore “ but wanted to schedule me for a cleaning in 3 months What about the whole Just shady. I have no respect for anyone who blatantly lies and uses people just to rack up insurance bills for their personal gain. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

I’m so happy because the Doctor here is the best! She took the horrid silver fillings I used to have out and replaced them with modern beautiful ones. I definitely recommend Ladera Dental!!! ? ✨

Firstly, I'd like to point out what great professionalism and attitude the staff have at Ladera Dental Group- from the front desk, to the Dental Assistant, to the Doctor. I have to say this is one of the most positive dental experiences I have had. The Doctor is very knowledgeable. He works quickly, yet diligently and had absolutely no problem answering any of my questions. Clearly a Doctor who understands that good bedside manner can earn you a loyal patient. Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! They are amazing Dr. Mapara is an amazing Dentist makes you feel very comfortable his work is great I had two teeth pulled didn't feel a thing recovery was fast and easy. He became my family's dentist. His staff is very courteous and professional. Appointments are easily available i highly recommend Dr. Mapara and his staff.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mapara’s since 2003. Dr. Mapara and his staff are so friendly and the wait time is short. I usually go for my teeth cleanings every 6 months and Mariam is great! She’s gentle with her hands and I never feel pain. I finally had a cavity and had to go in last week for a filling. Dr. Mapara was so gentle with his hands. I felt no pain and the filling was nicely done. There was no unevenness of the filling as if I never even had one done! He is the best dentist ever and always gives me a laugh when I’m there!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Mapara since 2007.Getting appointments are easy, wait times are short.
Dr.Mapara is skillful, knowledgeable and always makes you feel very comfortable and at ease with his easy going personality.The hygienist Mariam is also awesome.
His staff is always courteous and everybody here knows what they are doing.
I still drive over an hour to come see him even though I have moved.
I highly recommend this practice!

From the scheduling to x-rays to my visit with Dr. Mapara, this was one of the best visits I've had to a dentist since I was a kid. The front desk was efficient and the rest of the staff had a certain professional but friendly approach to dentistry. They understand that these visits can be scary, and I think they really care about their clients' overall experience. A+
