Jasmine at the front desk was amazing. She has the warmest spirit and took the time to explain everything thoroughly—from the procedure itself to insurance costs, X-rays, and what to expect at every stage. She made sure I felt well-informed and welcomed from the get-go.

Dr. Shamtoub is an absolute expert. His precision and skill, paired with the assistance of Chris, were remarkable during my root canal. I was genuinely impressed with how smooth and pain-free the entire procedure was. Dr. Shamtoub’s care to make sure I was comfortable throughout truly stood out. He has a real talent for saving your tooth!

One last thing worth mentioning is the pricing—it’s incredibly reasonable considering the top-tier care you're receiving. I also received a full breakdown of my pre and post procedure on a very detailed document!!

I recently made the drive from Bakersfield to Los Angeles for endodontic treatment, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I called, Jasmine at the front desk made me feel at ease. She shared her own personal experience with me and was incredibly compassionate and kind throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about her—she was so understanding and never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable.
I was extremely anxious due to past dental trauma, and when I started crying out of nervousness, the doctor was incredibly patient and kind. He took his time with the procedure, which made a huge difference. He told me my canals were "beautiful," when he finished which left me feeling much more confident about the treatment.
I also want to mention that I paid out of pocket for the procedure with no insurance, and I truly feel it was worth it. I'm confident that my tooth will be just fine, and I'll update in six months to share how it's doing.
The only minor issue was with the tech she had a few mix-ups during the process with my X-rays but I completely understand that mistakes happen, and she was still doing her best.
Overall, my experience was positive, and I’m grateful for the excellent care I received. Highly recommend this office!

Had a great experience coming here. I had a root canal that needed tending to and I was able to make an appointment the next day. They were fast with setting up an appointment that same week. I was so happy to take care of the root canal that same week!!
I would recommend to friends and family the staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely would go back for future service .

I just had a root canal with Dr. Shamtoub yesterday and I have only good things to say. First of all, I came to him thinking I needed a root canal on an upper molar and it turns out it was a different tooth that was causing me problems. He made sure of his diagnosis through a CT scan which made me feel more comfortable we were doing the right thing. The whole office from his assistant to his front office help, Blair, was incredibly nice and calming. His office is immaculate and he has all the latest technology but I was paying cash and it was far less than other offices I called. 5/5 will only go to Dr. Shamtoub in the future!
