I've never had a bad experience with this pharmacy. I just couldn't take it at rite aid. Insurance is the problem in most cases but at rite aid ,,,they're just lazy. My Dr called in 3 prescriptions on a Thursday. I waited till Monday to see if I could get all three at once. Went on Tuesday and still. Nothing. Went to the drop off line and they told me that my prescriptions would be filled in 10 to 15 minutes. It's not practical for someone that's in so much pain to frequently have to drive back and forth only to stand in a line!!!!!!

Rysa, it is shameful how I have my medication on autofill but yet I still have to remind you. It is a struggle to get my medications and you come up with excuses for why you didn’t order my medications after I told you I advance. You are a shameful pharmacy I have a serious medical condition and you have been interfering with it.

Fast service. I switched to Rysa a couple of years ago because I was tired of waiting in line at the pharmacy at rite. Aid. It was the
best decision I ever made. No more lines to wait in, and they always have my prescriptions ready right away.

Stick with Rite Aid, it's not worth the struggle dealing with these people. I've had nothing but issues with both pharmacies but let's pick and choose here. It's absolutely ridiculous that both pharmacies answer their phones and hang up, even when it's your own insurance calling! You know it's bad when your insurance tells them they don't know what they're doing while billing.

The pharmacist is not comfortable with schedule 2 medications. He gives you the run around and comes up with excuses and lies. When you ask questions regarding the prescription and why it can't it be filled he ignores you. Just say your not comfortable filling them. I totally get that with all of tbe rules and regulations. Ive taken tbese medications for years and tbey help me so much that to have to fight for them isn't ok My previous pharmacy has filled the same prescription for years so I know it is ok. I changed pharmacies because of the long wait but at least I got the prescription.

My mom was mistakenly over-charged for her medicine, a whopping $200! For a person that works in the fields, you know this is very high. They claimed her insurance wouldn’t pay due to her age. We quickly changed her prescriptions to the Rite Aid in Greenfield, where we’ve received kind and respectful service in the past. Sure enough, she only had to pay $7, as her insurance paid the rest. Yes it’s a drive, but clearly worth it. We’re not going to Rysa ever again and we recommend others the same, especially if your parents are older and with high needs.
