I made an appointment for my 90 yr old grandmother to get her dentures looked at (I'm a dental assistant but don't live in that area). The office wanted to take a full panoramic x-ray (she has no teeth) and charge $134 just for the exam before they would even provide an estimate for adjusting her dentures. I was very clear when I made the appointment that she would just require an adjustment to her dentures, if they plan to charge such a high new patient exam even for people without teeth, that should be noted when making the appointment. As someone that is in the industry, I find this appalling

Top-notch service across the board, Dr. Nieto worked graciously with her assistant and often checked on my comfort levels during the operation. Over all, I’m pleased with the experience and would recommend Charming Smiles Dentistry.
True, I called Dr. Nieto and within an about a half hour I was on the operating chair getting my malady resolved. I love Dr. Nieto for being kindhearted and gracious in all her efforts.

First and foremost, I would like to share that I have not been to the dentist in 10 years. I’ve struggled with Dentophobia since I was 16 years old due to a very traumatic experience. I mustered up the courage to finally go and after careful review and search, I found Dr. Nieto of Charming Smiles of LQ. All I can say is that the office, from front desk to her assistants, are all incredibly kind, knowledgable, and professional. It had a calm ambiance. Not once did I feel judged or embarrassed by the many questions I had. I had 5 fillings done and I was feeling incredibly anxious beforehand. Dr. Nieto and her staff all reassured me that it would be an easy and fast procedure, which it was. They had eased me of all my nerves and filled me with confidence. I now don’t feel so scared to visit and be more proactive with my teeth! All thanks to this dental office. Thank you to Dr. Nieto and everyone there!

I’m not a fan of The dentist, but Dr. Nieto is always very gentle when working on my teeth. She is very knowledgeable, and very good at what she does.

Horrible service, to begin with they wouldn’t look up my insurance information but never informed me I had to take the physical card so they rescheduled my appointment. Second appointment I needed X-rays so I get to the office and as soon as I walk in they have to reschedule because the xray machine is down and they couldn’t inform me prior. Third time I get X-rays and I need a root canal so they state they will submit the authorization. About two weeks later I call to follow up on the auth and told it has been approved so I scheduled a appointment a month out, I get to my appointment date and told there is no auth on file!!! Who the hell does that, not my job to be on top of their work. Never will go back to them.
