Let's just get real here... Dr. Sophie is the dentist we all wanted as a kid but probably were not lucky enough to have. She is the best pediatric kids dentist in Marin County she is my daughters favorite dentist in San Rafael and is so kind, generous and knowledgeable. She is extra gentle and explains everything to the kids before doing anything. She demonstrates on stuffiness with goofy teeth and let's the kids do it to the stuffiness first. Then she wins their hearts over with presents.. clearly her love language is gifting. Then she distracts the kids with whatever show or movie they want so they don't mind whatever is happening in their mouth. She supplies chapstick and everything. I can't say enough good things about our experiences here and I'm just irritated that I'm an adult and Dr. Sophie can't be my dentist too.... need a kid's dentist in Marin? Sunnyside Pediatric Dentistry is the best dentist in San Rafael and all of Marin as far as I'm concerned. Thank you Dr. Sophie for making our extraction and entire experience a wonderful one!

Dr. Sophie is great! My daughter counts down the days to come see Dr. Sophie. The office is equipped with the latest technology and Dr. Sophie is so patient and truly knows how to work with kids. Our daughter recently had a bad fall from her bike and hurt her two front teeth over the weekend. My husband and I both panicked and reached out to Sunnyside Pediatrics. Dr. Sophie and staff were very prompt in responding to our calls and was able remotely assist us with troubleshooting and preventing a big catastrophe! The office has gone above and beyond their duty and has been great at checking in to make sure all is well. We highly recommend this office for great pediatric dental care!

Dr Sophie is hands down the best Doctor in Marin county. My kids have been coming to her since they’ve need their teeth to be looked at . She takes her time and is very kid friendly your kids will love to go to the dentist after see her . I love the fact that she does what is in the best interest for your child I would highly recommend her. To say she is the best is an understatement we truly appreciate you Dr. Sophie for everything you do . My kids will never go to anyone else.

Dr. Sophie is the BEST! We travel an hour for pediatric dentistry care for our toddler, because she is amazing with children! Dr. Sophie is thorough, up to date in the latest pediatric dentistry approaches to care, and passionate about her profession in helping children with their dental health and wellness. We can’t recommend her enough. She has a child developmental play focus in how she explains things to children and we absolutely love that.

Dr. Sophie is wonderful. She has made both of my kids feel so comfortable visiting the dentist's office, to the point where we play pretend "Dr. Sophie" at home while flossing and brushing the kids' teeth because it makes them so much more cooperative. We have been going to Sunnyside Pediatric Dentistry for several years now. Dr. Sophie is phenomenal and my kids LOVE going to see her. I found Dr. Sophie Taylor when my youngest was 3 and required a tooth extraction. I was so nervous but Dr. Sophie was supportive and caring and I knew my son was in good hands with her. Out appointments are always easeful and fun. She cares deeply about children’s dental care and takes so much time to teach, explain and follow-up. She makes you feel as if you are her only patient. The office is great about billing insurance and giving reasonable accurate estimates. I love everything about my experience with this office and highly recommend Dr. Sophie Taylor.

Dr. Sophie is the best! She has always been very welcoming and friendly with us and our 4 year old son. Her office is lovely with great toys. We started going to her when he was 18 months old. He was very nervous in the beginning, but with lots of positive experiences with her, he enjoys going to the dentist. She is very educational on the proper diet/snacks to support healthy oral hygiene and while she does her exam she explains everything. We're now starting our 14 month old with getting comfortable in the dentist chair with her. I highly recommend Dr. Sophie to all my friends and family.

My 2 daughters absolutely love going to the dentist now, a testament to how wonderful Dr. Sophie is. I love how she explains the process so well and to their respective ages. The office is bright and colorful and full of fun stuff. She had helped my oldest with some tooth sensitivity and makes brushing teeth fun. Thanks, Dr Sophie!
