Amazing experience! The staff at Jamestown Dental Clinic is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The team of Dentists are highly skilled and made me feel completely at ease during my entire visit. My 4 year old son was nervous about his dental appointment, but Dr. Bri and the Dental Assistant, Kim, made him feel completely at ease. The office was clean and modern, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bri explained everything clearly and patiently, and the appointment was a success.  Highly recommend!

My kids have been seeing Dr. Bri for the last few years and I have always noticed her fakeness and bad attitude, but was taken to the next level at our last visit. I was faced with decisions about the course of action to take for one of my kiddos who has some decay and Dr. Bri was incredibly cold and rude as I asked clarifying questions for these very scary procedures she was recommending. She is condescending and makes a terrible children's dentist. Go here if you'd like to be around a bunch of fake mean girls.

All four of my children have been patients here for many years. My two older children continue to see the “adult” providers; however, I have withdrawn my two younger children from pediatric dental care here. I have found the quality of care has declined over the last seven years. We’ve experienced a lack of patience from providers (including hygienists), a strong push for anesthesia for treatments, and a lack of empathy or care to help patients develop not only tolerance for treatment but who like going to the dentist! We’ve transferred care to a pediatric dentist in the Seattle area who has been amazing in displaying care, patience, and compassion. I would not recommend this provider for young patients or children who have dental anxiety as their approach here could make things worse!

Went in earlier this year with oral pain from a previous root canal done in another state years ago. Told me it was just a cavity in the tooth beside it and couldn’t possibly be my root canal tooth. Went to a different dentist today to find out i have a LESION on the root canal tooth. Maybe the dentist should learn to be receptive to her patients!
