I had an appointment at Peninsula Oral and Facial Surgery. With Dr. Adam Fagin and Staff. I checked in for my appointment staff was very kindhearted and the waiting room was very warm and comfortable and professional. Staff escorted me to my patient room. Made sure I was comfortable.
Dr. Adam Fagin entered the room introduced himself. I explained that through my insurance agent his practice was highly recommended for the tooth extraction
I needed. I explained why I came in. He explained what the best option was for me
knowing that I didn't want anymore tooth pain. He made sure I was comfortable and I was surprised how fast and easy he removed my tooth. I advised him and his staff this was the best tooth extraction
I have ever experienced. Dr. reached out and called to check and see how I was doing.
I replied good. Just keeping the pain under control. I recommend Dr. Adam Fagin and his Staff. They are a wonderful group of professionals who take care of their patients who have had past teeth trauma.

Dr Fagin is My Life Saver! He immediately Understood my Fear of seeing the dentist. If you have a fear of the dentist like me (+10 years Avoiding Dentists), Dr Fagin is absolutely +100% the dentist you can trust.
First let me start with the initial phone call I made the day of surgery. It was last minute scrambling - calling dental offices all over the San Mateo COUNTY 2 days after Christmas and Zero luck with any Available ORAL Dentists.
Eventually I called PENINSULA ORAL & FACIAL SURGERY. They were apparently fully booked but I explained to the receptionist (Young Hispanic / Brazilian lady) that I was on day 3 suffering from excruciating nerve pain in my lower right molar tooth. I pretty much pleaded my case and she found it in her heart to squeeze me in. I'm so grateful ?
The Staff there that helped me are top notch. But the Star of the day is Dr Fagin and his assistant that did the surgery. Because I was in so much pain that I needed to rinse with water every 5 seconds, Dr Fagin Was quick to Get the surgery underway. And when he did, MY TOOTH WAS PULLED OUT SO FAST, PAINLESS with barely any pressure on the tooth.
Dr Fagin changed my outlook on Dentists now. Pretty much changed my life. I'm finally letting go of that fear. To most people this is nothing. But I grew up with that fear so it's a Big Deal to me. He is Now my Go-To dentist for tooth Extraction ?

Dr. Fagin, Dr. Loi, and their team have a very welcoming and positive energy! Their practice was the only oral surgery provider that was in my insurance network, so I had some apprehension about being treated there given that I had no other options, and the commute was +50 minutes away from home during the weekday commute. But all my anxieties were relieved after meeting Dr. Fagin and he explained what my options were for treating my broken jaw. I was treated with kindness and generosity with the care I received. I highly recommend selecting Dr. Fagin should you ever require an oral surgeon.

I saw Dr. Fagin for a wisdom tooth extraction and everything about the process was fantastic. They were very easy to communicate with over the phone, the office and all the staff were great, and the procedure went smoothly and on time. I would highly recommend this office!

Dr. Minerva Loi is a great oral surgeon. The office staff is friendly and professional.
I was referred to her for a back molar extraction after pursuing all alternatives. The reception staff was able to get me an appointment the next afternoon which was great.
When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk personnel and escorted back to the exam room quickly. The room was great. A huge window looking out at a tree and small bottom window that was open letting in fresh air.
Dr. Loi was professional, down to earth, and explained everything before she did it. I appreciated her countdown to the insertion of the needle for anesthesia and also the countdown to the extraction of the needle.
While the anesthesia was taking effect, the financial assistant came in to explain the cost. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this office gives seniors a 10% discount! This is my first experience with a senior discount in the medical field.
Dr. Loi returned quickly and tested to assure that the anesthesia was working its magic. The tooth extraction came next. Quick and painless. All I felt was some pressure which I had been informed about before before she began.
I was sent home with very clear instructions that were also reviewed with me by her assistant.
Dr. Loi told me that she would call me that evening and true to her word she did.
I will absolutely recommend this office to others. The office, exam room and bathroom were immaculate. And the staff was professional and kind. Excellent. Thank you

Dr. Minerva Loi is an amazing doctor! I came in suffering quite a bit. She helped me by extracting my tooth and worked to give me an implant. She called me personally after each step in the procedure and made sure I had the support I needed. I feel lucky to have found Dr. Loi and Peninsula Oral. Thank you so much!
The women at the front desk are all amazing. If I had an issue, they acted with the same concern I would have for myself and they’re all so attentive and kind.

Doctor Fagin is amazing at his work. I had to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed and I was at first scared of the extraction because I hate needles, needles that hurt when injecting, drills, scalpels and all of that. I was very nervous day of the extraction of doctor Fagin explained to me the basic steps and the times it takes for each step. He spoke to me a positive clear tone and it was reassuring. He would make jokes to make me ignore the needles and remind me of the end goal and eventually when the injections were done he was able to begin the extraction and he was amazing. He was quick steady and made sure I was comfortable during the extraction. He listened to my concerns during the extraction and requests to make the extraction go smoothly. He reassured me that I can call for any concerns and questions. Overall Doctor Fagin has done the best dental work on me in my life. I will definitely come back again if I need a dentist to rely on! I recommend Doctor Fagin to be the man you rely on for the best dental work you can get and I can’t seriously stress that enough. Again thank you so much Doctor for the work you done for me I appreciate it endlessly!

I would give 6 stars if I could. Dr. Minerva Loi and the staff were exceptional in helping me through my jaw surgery. They scheduled my surgery really quickly after my injury and also accommodated my insurance limitations. Surgery was smooth and I was kept informed throughout the way. Also, all my questions were answered time and again. Cheers to the team.
