Me gustó mi cómo atendieron, me hice unas extracciones y fueron muy profesionales y no tuve dolor ninguno , Doctor Basil muy profesional y el asistente Raffi también muy amable y con mucha paciencia y buena persona, y todo el personal , Nancy me explico en español y también me ayudó y lo recomiendo al 100% me gustó y amo mi nueva sonrisa .

Cuidado con pagar adelantado en esta clínica porque no devuelven el dinero. Yo pague casi $6,000 y falto que me hicieran una corona y una limpieza porque ya califique para mi medical y ellos no quisieron devolver el dinero y me dieron mil excusas pero se quedaron con mi dinero sin haber hecho el trabajo. Abusan de los latinos porque saben que no todos podemos defendernos. No recomiendo este lugar.

No se merecen ni una estrella es un lugar donde solo saben robarte el dinero y te extraen piezas dentales que uno no pide todo por robar nada mas estoy con siderando en demandar... y el Dr. BASIL ES EL MENOS PROFECIONAL.....SI DEMANDARE

I’ve been going here for over a decade and have had nothing but great experiences with staff and services.
Walking in you get the sense of a great community, these are people that work here with a passion. Everyone is nice and welcoming. The front end staff does a wonderful job to fit appointments within your own schedule.
I got my braces from here and for the time I had them they made sure the experience was comfortable and made the entire process very breezy. All appointments have been great and I honestly have no complaints. I plan to keep coming here !

In this clinic you will be met and certainly persuaded by a manager named Omar. He knows how to perfectly present and exaggerate the services of the clinic as well as persuade you. He has the gift of hypnosis and you will not notice how you fall under his influence and give him all your money in exchange for his professional promises. You choose a doctor and agree on a meeting with him, but another doctor comes, and Omar will tell you that the doctor you chose left for another country for family reasons. And so you will constantly change doctors. I will tell you how Omar deceived us from the very first meeting. My husband and I came for implants for my husband, who had his last front lower teeth removed, on which dentures had been held for many years, and we decided to put implants with permanent dentures. People always research the doctor's profession before turning to him for treatment and I did so, but to my disappointment, having come to the chosen doctor, I met with another doctor. I had to look for information about him and agree to his operation, which was successful. We were scheduled for a second operation on the upper implants and again met with a different doctor and again disappointment and deception. This doctor advised to put 6 implants instead of 4, since the upper ones will hold better in case 1 breaks, the other 5 will hold the prosthesis. But Omar forbade the doctor to put 6 implants and only allowed 4 in order to save money on the patient. After the following meetings were constantly held with different doctors and my husband's gums were cut several times, inserting other parts of the implants. For 3-4 times now, my husband complains of swelling and pain in the front gum and comes again to different doctors and each time they cut his gum and say that food got under the gum and that this place needs to be cleaned and washed with a syringe. He does so, but the problem remains the same. When I saw this place, it was clearly visible that it was an infection and these doctors did not prescribe medication for infection to solve the problem and I decided to go with him in the morning and already warn this client that I would complain about them to the California State Medical Board, the California Dental Association, and the Consumer Protection Bureau. If the situation is not resolved, I will have to consider consulting a lawyer specializing in medical matters. I really regret that I brought my husband to this clinic, where they have excellent equipment, but they constantly change doctors without notifying the patient. It seems that these doctors work only on call and they do not have doctors on a permanent basis. This is very sad and annoying. I will call this clinic in the morning and see what they do this time and write the result here. And in the end, I will write here how they will install the promised dentures and how successfully and professionally and conveniently.

I have been a patient of Green Dental Orthodonitcs since 2008. Been seen by Dr. Basil and staff to take care of all my dental needs. Also referred my roommate who has been taken care of and very as well. Recommend to all!
