We had a great experience at Greenhaven dentistry. My daughter was very nervous about her first dentist trip, and everyone there from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and the dentist herself was amazingly kind and patient with us. They did a great job at explaining what was going to happen to her before starting, and asking consent before they did anything. My daughter especially loved getting to pick which show she wanted to watch (anything on Disney+), and picking out her very own treasure at the end, we will definitely be back!

I can’t explain how awesome this newly opened dental practice (opened Nov 2023) in Davis, CA means to me & my family. They took amazing care of my 7 yr old. The office ladies were kind, the appointment went smooth, the dental assistant was sweet & gentle allowing my daughter to have fun in the chair. When they sat her down they have a tv on the ceiling and put a Disney move on for her. The dentist came, he was very gentle and kind. You can tell they all love to serve children. They were all made for this age range. He explained my daughter’s x-days and needed treatment thoroughly. Explained to my daughter what care needs to be done daily for her health and she appreciated that understanding very much. They gave her a little goodie bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, kids floss, and a coin. With the coin she was able to pick a prize and on top of that they gave her a candy. She felt treated well and never left unattended too long. We were in and out smoothly. She loves her new Dentist! Thank you Greenhaven!

I've been taking my three kids to Greenhaven Pediatric Dentistry for the past two years. After going to multiple pediatric offices we finally found our dental home. We love Dr. Ho and staff. They are always friendly and supportive of all our dental needs. They have an awesome waiting area with video games, movies, and a train table to keep the kids content. After the appointment, the kids got their goodie bag and a token to pick a prize at the prize station! My kids look forward to their dental appointments every six months. Couldn't have found a better dental home and we are so happy with the Davis location!

After going from dentist to dentist, I feel like we’ve finally found our forever dental home! Dr. Ho and team are always professional, friendly and great with my kids. We will definitely be coming back for our next visit!

Shocked at the service… Some of the people here are great and work well with kids. However the owner, does not care about you or your kids. I get that it’s a policy but wow, have some compassion. The dr. doesn’t care that life happens, emergencies happen, kids get sick etc. she’s quick to “ban” your kids from here for missing two appointments.
I’m glad that it happened because we got WAAAAYY better dentist who actually cares about my kids.

Our family will not be returning here. They told us that they would take it slow and not be pushy for anxious kids, but it felt very pushy and non accommodating for my anxious child. They said they offer happy visits and that sounds nice and helpful, but then they told me today would count as a happy visit even though he was traumatized and crying under a chair for most of the appointment. The hygienist threatened to not give him a prize if he didn’t get X-rays. So rather than rewarding his bravery of sitting in the chair and trying out a new place, she made him think he wasn’t good enough. Then, later, she gave him a token for a prize so the threat hadn’t actually meant anything anyways. I don’t think it’s appropriate to push X-rays before even looking in their mouth to see how their hygiene is doing. My son had been comfortable in the dentist chair and then missed out on getting any care because the x ray upset him. I did appreciate how they have toys in the lobby, but their arcade games had guns in them that made me really uncomfortable for a pediatric dentist. I know they were trying, but it was a very upsetting experience. We are sticking with our original dentist instead.

The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. You can immediately tell this office is geared towards kids and they did a great job providing a fun and comfortable atmosphere for our child’s first visit to the dentist. Dr. Richard Lu did a fantastic job easing our toddler into each step of the oral exam. All of the staff was very friendly as well. My child left excited to come back to the dentist. That’s a win in my book.
