I went over 10 years without visiting a dentist and I was super nervous when I finally decided to go. This clinic and the staff are amazing, they are very helpful and helped me get my teeth back on track. They have done deep cleaning, maintenance and even did a bridge for me and everything has been a success. I've been coming here for almost 2 years and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them.

I called during business hours... on friday At 4:40 I was told to call the people that we're going to do the root canal. I called them and they said no you need to contact your dentist about getting a prescription for your pain and an antibiotic. I called you guys back at 4:50. You guys decided to close early before your 5 o'clock closing time? The recording gave me an option to leave a message on the dental emergency record a call.. I did 3 times once on Friday and twice on Saturday. I got no response and had to go to the emergency room and had to spend two hundred bucks for something that should have been simple

This is the nicest dental office I’ve ever been to, the staff are amazing! I needed to get in for an emergency and they were able to see me the same day. They let me know they were running behind, even though it only took an extra 30 minutes, because I had a babysitter at home! And when I was afraid (because I got a tooth pulled for the first time) they were very reassuring and encouraging and took the time to talk me through it! Great service. If you see this thank you so much.

I’ve been coming here for the last two years I would say. I got a call last week stating that they hadn’t seen me in six months and wanted to schedule me for a cleaning. They scheduled me with my doctor I go to my appt 10 mins early and 45 minutes later as I’m in the exam chair waiting for her she’s now in emergency surgery with another patient and won’t be able to see me. Took them 45 mins to realize that she wasn’t going to be able to see. So they get me another doctor and she does my cleaning. As she’s doing my cleaning she tries to sell me braces/ Invisalign, I told her I wasn’t interested. She then goes on talking to her assistant about another patient and how they were being a “baby” extremely unprofessional. After my cleaning is finished, I go up to the front to schedule a follow up appointment with my actual doctor. The lady tells me I owe $9 ok fine. Even though NO ONE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE A PAYMENT. She then tells me to hold on and talks to one of the office managers comes back to me and says that the manager wants to talk to me. I go into the office and then she tells me that I now owe 74$ because of my previous treatment and that my insurance didn’t cover. The reason why I am upset and writing this review is because they knew all this information upon scheduling me (except the emergency) and did not inform me of this until after my service was completed. You call this a business? Staff needs to be retrained no one knows what they are doing. They didn’t even provide me with a copy of the “charges” that I owed!

Do not go to this dentist. I was charged for services I did not receive. I could never reach the person in charge of billing to clear up the matter. They sent my bill to collections for services I did not receive. The services I did receive,like a crown is horrible! Food gets trapped under and I can't get it out. This experience has been a nightmare

Finally have dental insurance I was so excited to go here. After my x-rays, I was quoted $7000 I pay on top of insurance. They mentioned I needed deep deep cleaning just the cleaning was $2000 and then to up keep was another $3000 with insurance I would pay $2500, then the redo all my cavities $45 each since I wanted the white ones, almost 6 cavities, the 1 root canal almost $1500. Few other things and the gum issues, I was shocked. I asked can I just get a basic cleaning, they refused to give me a basic cleaning. They said they cannot do a basic cleaning if the patience needs deep cleaning the insurance companies don't let them. Then the bill person kept blaming Obama health care for such high insurance prices. Finally after a few weeks I got a much better insurance PPO and i called them back and now they wanted to re schedule my x-rays again, telling me I need better x-rays with this new insurance. They don't care about patience only money. Found a great new dentist who is amazing and not ripping me off. Sad when you treat you patience for money. thank god for reviews.

Im only giving this place 1 star because I cant give them a ZERO.
Long story short they tried to charge me 1300.00 out of pocket after insurance.
I called my insurance company and they said I should only be paying 450.00 out of pocket for my procedure and that the dentist never submitted the request so they could charge me cash.
My insurance company called them out on it.
Anna called me back to schedule my appointment and then still tried to add another 400.00 on top of my original charge.
When I started questioning her she said they weren't going to treat me because I was asking too many questions.
I would never trust these people working on my teeth.
I found a better dentist.
Make sure and verify all of your charges with your insurance.
This place is the biggest RIP OFF!
