Don Hattan of Derby offers shuttle service while they’re working on your car, so I was able to get a lift to work and back. Very nice! They also do a great job of communicating when they find something that needs fixed.

The dreaded check engine light popped on in my dashboard. I limped my car over to Don Hattan Derby because they've always treated me fairly in the past. I was so relieved when they were able to squeeze me in that same day. Their service advisor, Jessica was incredibly patient with me, listening to my (probably panicked) description of what happened. She explained that they would run a diagnostic test to pinpoint the issue. Within an hour, they had an answer. It turned out to be a faulty oxygen sensor, a relatively minor repair compared to what I had imagined. They showed me the faulty sensor and explained how it affected my car's emissions and performance I'll definitely be back for any future car troubles!

The Derby location is so convenient. Took my Blazer in for an oil change and had to take advantage of Ladies Day. Everyone was so wonderful and scheduling was a breeze.

I have always had a great experience. This last time was absolutely horrible. I scheduled an appt and they didn’t bring my car in until 45 minutes after my appt. They did not complete an inspection. Very unhappy with this visit.
