Please do not come here!!! Unprofessional, dirty, un respectful, very bad place!!!
I scheduled appointment for my son, we show up on time, still need to wait 1hr 15 min, dentist asked my son wich teeth was a problem, my son show him, he look at theeth few seconds, without lamp, and said you need call your insurance and schedule appointment for another professional dentist!!! What? Who are you then? If you send me to another clinic! Waist of time, this clinic should be inspected and closed down!!!

Unprofessional. Inconsiderate & lazy are the 3 words I'll use to describe for this "dental office." I've only been with them for 3-4 months, and I've already had 2 appointments be canceled without them notifying me. The "doctor" is consistently calling out the office, so if you're one of his patients, you won't be seen. First time here, the older dentist asked me how did I know I had cavities ? and how did I know my wisdom tooth was coming up. Why am I telling you your job, sir? When I did my ex rays, the guy kept touching the computer ( that I highly doubt they clean on a regular) then putting his hands in my month. Which is disgusting. I had to speak up. My third appointment, they just tried to go and put fillings in and skip over that I needed a deep clean. Again, I spoke up, and I got a "yea sure if you want to" type of energy. Fast forward to 8/30, I had 2 appointments that I confirmed I'll be at. I'm glad I called the office because guess what.... the doctor called out once again last min, and they didn't even think about calling to let me know not to come in. I'm definitely looking for a new dentist ?

Highly upset by Sandra and her communication today. Was very unprofessional and not courteous. Representing a company in good light is highly important . I think a good training to ensure all staff understand that it starts with customer care above all … everyday .

I had a horrible experience at this dentist office. They did three root canals on me one of them which they shattered because they used too big of a drill bit in the assistant, admitted that to me a couple months after the fact the other two they did had to both be retreated do not come here. The dentist is here are horrible.

Had an 8 am appointment and waited an hour and 13 mins before being called back. We were the first ones in the office to sign in and the last ones to be seen from the group that came in with us. People who came in 40 mins after us were seen first. I'm flabbergasted and so ticked off.

Staff is not friendly at all. This place is dirty. There’s debris all over the walls, windows and their dental chairs. Brown looking stains on the wall and the bathroom looks like it doesn’t get clean often.

The office staff is wonderful but the dentist and assistant who help them are terrible. My girlfriend had a bunch of fillings done there and it's been a very tramatic and horrible experience for her. The dentist don't care of youre in pain. All of her work she had done now has to be redone because both of their dentist who did the fillings did not know what they were doing and did not do the repairs properly. They did not remove all of her cavity and instead they removed a little and just covered it up with a filling and we were not aware until she seen a new dentist and they showed her on the xrays. This place is waiting for a lawsuit to happen and I highly recommend you do not go here. If you're on medical dental I highly recommend you check out smile time in Lincoln. They have been great to us. They explain everything and they are truly taking care of us.

Arrived 745am for my daughter’s 8am appointment. 8 am office still close, nobody to be seen in or out of the office.
Waited 20 more minutes still closed.
825am they call to inform me that we have an appointment at 8 am. Dig deep into the history of their service. I’m Surprised with all the bad reviews. No thanks . Moving on?
