Miss Tiffany was surprisingly considerate from the first walk-in the office, and went above and beyond in helping me locate services I need to continue my treatment. She’s very patient under pressure, and a miraculous multi-tasker.
Dr. Carlos was also kind, pleasant, thorough and quick. Very, very much appreciate the quality and professionalism of these services.

Don't go here.. They deserve a -1000 out of 5 stars! Canceled my appointment after I booked appointment 2 months in advance. Confirmed appointment and they canceled same day of appointment. UNPROFESSIONAL!! I went in not knowing to a lone receptionist telling me doctor isn't here. First time customer and last time going here. Receptionist did earn the 1 star rating for booking me to the placerville office.

Absolutely terrible place for both children and adults! I had to give one star to write. Review, I’d give 0 if I could.

I took my two boys, one who is 14 and the other who is 5. My 14 yr old hs never had a cavity in his life, they told me he had 13……. They said it would be 5 appointments and all spread out. My gut was telling me something was off, they also pushed X-rays on me. There were about 4 different staff members that would come up to me and push the X-rays. My 5 yr old was a whole other story. Anyway I got a 2nd opinion for both of them, thank goodness I did. They were all wrong, my 14yr old did not have 13 cavities, not even close. I got the vibe that they will do whatever to make their money and bill insurance.

I decided to try the “adult side” and it ended up being in the same place. I scheduled for just a cleaning, it would have been my first appointment there. I’m also 6month pregnant……. When I went in they said that I would have to do X-rays and an exam before even getting a cleaning. I said I’m 6 months pregnant and don’t feel comfortable having X-rays and I just want a teeth cleaning. She said unfortunately that’s how we do it and she tried to say that it would just be X-rays and an exam and then they’d schedule the teeth cleaning, I’m like why would you guys not clean my teeth on this visit? So she said let me check with the dentist. She comes back with a very straight face ( I could tell there was more behind all of this) and goes we won’t be able to CLEAN your teeth without medical clearance!!!!! Like what is this about?

I did bring up my children and told her that they tried to say my child had 13 cavities and he absolutely did not. I canceled my appointment and said take me off the schedule and walked out.

I’ve never write reviews and it takes a lot for me to write one….. but that place needs a whole new staff or something. I truly don’t even understand how they are in business, I highly suggest getting a 2nd opinion after going to this place. I’ve also taken it up with management who are in charge of running all these locations. I really suggest just avoiding this place all in general, maybe other locations are better.

This place has changed & canceled my appointments 3 times this year. Every time they change or move/ cancel my appointment I have to wait at least 2 months the longest time in between appointments was 6 months.
I have been waiting for them to do my fillings for over a year now.
If you are looking for a place that will keep you frustrated and anxious, look no further it's here.
I believe they keep on changing/ canceling my appointments because I have a State insurance that they don't like taking so I believe they are playing if I will just quit and look for a different office, however if you are covered by the state it's a headache and a heartache to get an appointment with a state provider. It's Super Sad how they treat me, knowing (I explained that I have a fear of dentist) I'm sad and disappointed with the care of this office.

We are usually very pleased with the service we recive here. However, I brought my daughter in this morning because her pediatrician was concerned that she may be sensitive to the nickle on her stainless steel caps and requested that we have them removed and replaced with a nickle free version. We came in for a consult.
When we went back, the dental assistant with the heart tattoo under her left eye (didn't get her name) asked what brought us in so I told her we had a note from her doctor regarding the nickle sensitivity and that our doctor had done some tests. She asked if the caps were causing any sensitivity or irritation to my daughters gums to which I replied not that I was aware of. She then said "so your doctor just decided she has a nickle allergy"? I responded with "I don't know, I'm not a doctor, I'm just doing what was recommended for my daughter". She then came back with "well there was nothing in her notes about her visit today so we were just curious why you were here". I let her know that I had told the receptionist why we were coming in when I called to schedule her appointment and that it wasn't my fault that they didn't relay that information.
The dentist was much more approachable. I admittedly was a bit snappy toward her after the assistants nastiness and toned it down once I realized that she wasn't the problem. I've never dealt with this assistant before and will be attending the office in Folsom from now on just to avoid her. I've worked with the public in many different roles and would never dream of treating a patient or customer the way we were treated today.

I couldn’t be happier. A caring , thoughtful group from the moment you walk in the door. The most comprehensive dental exam I’ve ever had. The dentist, the staff, all treated me with so much kindness. What a find. Happy happy!!

Had my 4 year old child scheduled for attempted filling done with laughing gas. I mentioned I was pregnant on his first appointment and am visibly pregnant therefore I assumed if there was a danger to my unborn baby, I would be told about it or it would be mentioned in the paperwork as a precaution. Nope, I was in the room with my child for over 30 min with the laughing gas on and only when I stood up because my child kept crying did the dentist stop and freak out and ask the assistants why I was in the room since I’m obviously pregnant. I was then told I cannot be in the room and I stood outside. The filling was unsuccessful due to my child crying (which I understand & was informed of beforehand because not all children can handle being worked on that young) however when I asked him why he kept crying, he told me he can feel the dentist drilling and it really hurt. Our initial first appt was good however this second appointment greatly concerned me and I am apprehensive about coming back in the future.

This was our first visit to this office and will not be our last!
The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. Colene (sorry if I misspelled it) was our dental assistant and she was beyond amazing! I have three children and this by far was the best dentist experience we have ever had. The dentist was extremely friendly and helpful as well.
