Best dentist appointment I’ve had. Being skeptical is in my blood, but my wife and I just had our initial appointments and the whole team top to bottom is fantastic. My doctor recommended a gingivitis scaling clean for myself which he explained is in between basic and deep clean. I didn’t even know this was an option. A couple dentists we’ve been to try to push deep cleaning on me and are pretty aggressive about it. This was not the case with Dr. Ethan. The cleaning and cavity fillings were quick and painless. You can tell they all enjoy the work they do. Friendly and great vibe from the staff. They explained things wonderfully and took time to answer questions without pressuring. Fantastic customer service from the front desk and financial department which always makes these visits better. Extra special shout outs to dental assistant Andrew, hygienist Zack and doctor Ethan. My wife had Dr. Laura and we are looking forward to being patients for years.

First time patient here, was referred from a friend. I’ve heard great things about this office and staff & decided to check it out myself. Everyone including the front staff was amazing, specially Cristina. She’s so sweet & made the whole check in process super smooth. She even asked what I would want to watch while they prepared the room for me which helped me stay relax. Dr. Walia who did my treatment is awesome, she gave me a full breakdown of what to expect & answered all my questions beforehand. Overall my experience was 10/10 & I’d definitely be back! I will be referring all my friends & family here as I was taken back by the great customer service by everyone at the office. My expectations weren’t only met but they went above and beyond my prior dental office experiences which were also not so great. Great staff & team!

This place has gone completely downhill over the years. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and it’s unrecognizable now. The staff turnover is outrageous—every time I visit, there’s a new dentist or X-ray tech, and I don’t know anyone anymore. It feels like they’re severely understaffed, and the constant changes make it impossible to feel comfortable or build trust.

On top of that, they’ve become ridiculously expensive. They don’t even offer regular cleanings as part of your appointment anymore—you’re required to see a hygienist, which isn’t covered by most insurance plans, leaving you stuck with extra out-of-pocket costs.

To make matters worse, the office is so overbooked and understaffed that the dentists have actually forgotten me in the chair more than once. It’s clear they’re rushing through patients without giving proper attention.

This used to be a decent dental office, but now it’s a complete mess. If you’re looking for consistent, affordable, and professional care, avoid Empire Dental Group. There are far better options out there.

They are an amazing team of people. I tend to experience high anxiety when visiting the dentist, but felt truly calm and welcomed by all the staff. I truly felt heard and supported for my needs regarding my anxiety, which I did not expect. Office/operations manager, Melissa Ramirez, is a sweetheart and endearing in addition to detailed, thorough, and thoughtful when providing needed information. Empire Dental is great! All the staff is amazing. They are friendly, welcoming and very helpful if I have questions. Dr Co is great as well. Takes time to listen to your concerns and explains things thoroughly. Also makes you feel super comfortable and at ease if you feel anxious or nervous about a procedure. Would highly recommend him and this dentist group!

I recently had a teeth cleaning with Zack, and it was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. Zack took the time to explain each step of the process, which helped ease any anxiety I had. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I could tell he genuinely cares about his patients’ oral health.
