I had an excellent experience today at Affordable Dental Health Providers. I’ve been putting off some dental work that I needed for a few years until I recently experienced an abscess in a broken tooth. After visiting other dentist and getting about 3 opinions as to my options, I decided to obtain the services of Dr. Riazi and I couldn’t be more pleased. The implants are very affordable and Dr. Riazi’s bedside manner was remarkable. I experienced no pain during my dental procedure and the doctor continued to ascertain my comfort level during the visit. The staff members were also excellent in their professionalism and attention to detail. Pricing is great, especially with my great dental insurance, and I will be back for more services in the next few months. I should have visited this place much earlier.

Have been coming here since 2020 and have worked with the same dentist. Not only are the prices are affordable for the implants but they are very good quality and I have been happy with them until now. The staff has been amazing and kind with all my needs. I've had a lot of dental issues and been to dentists all over United States... Dr Riazi is the most talented doctor I have ever had. He is not only a great dentist but a kind human being. His assistant is wonderful and very knowledgable. The staff is friendly and good with follow-up. I've been a patient for over 5 yrs and drive 45 min and it's definitely worth it.

Update: had another fitting app. They only did 1 thing half way but invited lab owner to explain why can't replicate my own teeth(my wishes). We'll see.

Word of advice pay attention and make them pay attention to what you want and your final results. I'm looking forward to my final results and the amount of stars may change once they are done.
I was and still am very excited about getting implants. I am doing almost a full top arch. And had two bottom molars placed.
I had six teeth pulled and six implants studs put in in less than 4hrs. I was told to come back in about 2 months to get my crowns. But because I had such extensive surgery I ended up waiting about 8 months to continue.
Minus 1 ⭐ I made the exposure and cap appointment. I show up to my appointment only to find that not only am I not on the books but they cannot find my chart. And they have not ordered hardware that they needed for existing studs that I had already had placed without crowns. So I had to wait another few weeks. I ended up having need of another molar pulled as well.
Minus 2⭐On My exposure day everything went as planned impressions were taken and it came time to pull that tooth and he took it out and pieces and put cadaver bone in. He also stitched it and there were three stitches and told me not to take them out for 2 weeks so that it would hold the cadaver bone in. What he didn't tell me was that he had pulled the inside of my cheek over the exposed bone graft. It wasn't cut but the sutures were enough to cut the blood supply off to that portion of my cheek that was being pulled. He must have gone a little too deep because about an hour and a half later after the Novocaine had worn off I was in excruciating pain. I tried calling the after hours line and there was no answer I left a message in tears and was called the next day basically telling me that that was common procedure which may be the case but it would have been nice to know. My graft took just fine as it always does and my gum has since filled in and is healing nicely My cheek however has a dimple in it now on the inside where food gets caught. The swelling in my face didn't go down for over a week and a half.
Minus 1⭐ On the day I went to do my first fitting I was extremely disappointed. I had to ask for four things when it came to making my teeth.
-I specifically asked for them to make my permanent teeth #1 longer and #2 deeper, unlike the generic flipper, like my natural teeth were.
-My natural eye teeth had a bit of a point, which I loved, so I asked if they would make sure that my eye teeth had a bit of a #3 point.
-when my last molar was pulled I opted to not have a stud put in for an implant because one of the other studs was so close to it that the doctor said he could make that tooth a bit larger to kind of fill in the gap a little bit. #4 larger molar

None of these four things were done. I went in for a fitting and the teeth were exactly like my flipper (juvenile looking). My question to them was where is my original impression that you took before you pulled my teeth. I'm asking for MY TEETH in a permanent implant so why not use the impression of my teeth to make my permanents? My appointment ended fairly late and after calling my boyfriend in tears because while I was in my appointment I kept trying to talk about and get them to understand what I was looking for and they weren't listening to me. I called fallbrook and was told that I could either speak to the office manager or the doctor. I opted to have the office manager call me back which I never received a call that day.
Plus1⭐ everyone so far is extremely nice even though they do not listen.

I have severe dental anxiety and Dr Riazi and team made me feel so relaxed during the whole procedure. He is very talented and knows his craft. I will continue to drive from Arizona to see Dr Riazi and team for all my dental needs. They’re the best!
