Nightmare experience. Dr. Castro was far from gentle. He managed to injure my mouth at visits for 2 yrs. He burnt my mouth TWICE, forever chemicals in my mouth left way too long. His attention to details like timing when using for forever chems. is extremely lacking. I had another Dr. clean up his sloppy work. implants were not placed right After he was paid to he didn't want to finish his bad job. Not trustworthy.Found a great Dr. fixed it.

I was very pleased with Dr Castro and his staff. They are friendly and efficient. Dr Castro is meticulous In his work and goes the extra mile to make sure things are done correctly. He is very conscientious about making his procedures pain free as possible and has 2-3 methods that allows this to happen - patient’s choice. If the patient chooses not to have any of the added pain remedies, Dr. Castro is quite good at giving numbing shots that hurt very little.

I highly recommend Dr. Castro.

I can not thank these fine people for taking me in after a complication with a dentists work. The situation was causing great pain and they took me in after hours to inspect the problem. I needed surgery right away that went into the late evening. I was very lucky to end up in their hands. I am rating this fine business full of skilled hands like Dr. Derek Castro with 5 stars. His expert hands are to be trusted. I can not say how thankful I am to have been treated by him. He went above and beyond for me and I will never forget that favor. Your a good man Derek! I also met a few patients while waiting that clearly love this office for good reason.

From initial gum graft surgery consultation to the followup visit, this dental phobic was treated kindly and respectfully by all. Even during the surgery, they brought me out of the nitrous oxide so I could use the restroom, twice! They were careful to make me feel comfortable and supported all the way through, and told me what to expect during recovery. I am pleased with the outcome.

Fantastic cleanings that you just can't get at the dentist. Everyone is absolutely wonderful and friendly. They've done such a great job of improving my oral health that I actually look forward to my 6 month cleanings! Now, who can say that?

The worst experience ever. They didn't wait for the anesthesia to take effect before they started drilling and cutting in my mouth. Told me to breath through my nose and I was crying so hard that I couldn't. I will never go back there.
