Horrible experience numerous times. Several times I’ve gone and they’ve had me wait for almost an hour for a scheduled appointment. Today I came for my 1pm appointment and attempted to open the door at 12:55pm as two other people arrived, and the door was locked. We all stood by the door and someone cracked it open and rudely stated “we’re having a meeting, you’re going to need to wait until 2:00pm!” to which myself and the other people waiting said “my appointment is at 1:00pm…” and the lady said “well you can wait 5 minutes”, and abruptly shut the door. Apparently she meant they would re-open at 1pm but said 2pm. When I was called back for the appointment the hygienist explained what she wanted to do and the cost. I politely explained I didn’t want to do anything at this appointment not covered by insurance. She offered to just do the cleaning, which was covered, and I agreed. She then said she wanted to do another service, and when I asked her what the cost would be she laughed, so I decided to just walk out. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone!

Great service every time! I’ve noticed such a big improvement since my first visit. Dr. Tosh, Dominic, and the whole front desk team are amazing. They’re always so helpful and take the time to answer all my questions about my dental care and insurance. What really surprised me was how quickly they answered the phone—no long waits or being stuck on hold. It’s just a great experience overall!

Very positive experience with hygienist Brianna Tan for my deep cleaning. She took time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and provided valuable recommendations for my oral care. Her gentle yet thorough approach was very much appreciated.

I really wanted to grant 4 stars to La Quinta Dental Group. Unfortunately, I received a rude and confrontational phone call from the office, following a simple price estimate inquiry prior to my visit. It's disheartening that questioning a price led to such hostile and unprofessional treatment. And ironically, the discrepancy magically resolved by my appointment time.

I recently visited La Quinta Dental Group in La Quinta, California, and my experience was a mix of frustration and occasional relief. Vanessa, the office manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional, creating a tense and hostile atmosphere. To make matters worse, her assistant, Lilly, seemed to follow Vanessa’s lead, offering little help and echoing her dismissive attitude. Their behavior made it difficult to feel comfortable or respected as a patient.

However, not everyone in the office shared this demeanor. Vivian stood out as a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing visit. She was kind, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful, going out of her way to provide clear information and make the process smoother. Her professionalism and empathy were greatly appreciated.

Dr. Parker Stanway, unfortunately, added to the overall dissatisfaction. His advice felt inconsistent and overly sales-driven, as though he was more focused on upselling services than offering trustworthy and patient-centered care.

If you are considering La Quinta Dental Group, I recommend seeking a second opinion elsewhere. While Vivian’s kindness was a positive, the overall lack of professionalism, especially from Vanessa and Lilly, along with Dr. Stanway’s approach, overshadowed the experience.

I had a pleasant experience with the dental assistant Joe. He was very approachable, very kind and just made my Dental appointment go by very easy I was super nervous coming in and he talked me through step-by-step. not only did he make me feel comfortable, but he was very knowledgeable about my treatment . Some other assistance were a bit unapproachable, but he was very approachable

I LOVE this dental practice! The front office staff is very friendly and welcoming. Big shout outs to both Dominic as well as Jalil Rangel. Dominic, my hygienist is wonderful. Very thorough and explains everything beforehand. Jalil is the “miracle man” on staff! I have an absolutely horrible gag reflex so x-rays are a nightmare. He is THE BEST! Quick, very easy, and took away any worry. I’ve only been a patient here for 2 yrs, but I have been so impressed! Thank you La Quinta Dental Group!
