This dental office is by far the best one I've ever gone to. All staff are welcoming and very friendly. Dr.Tom is very honest with what you need and doesn't take advantage like other places I've gone to. This place may be small and out dated but it's worth coming here. Don't judge a place by its location. I've gone to really pretty fancy ones and all they did was lie to me and charge my insurance and me for things I didn't have or need. I recommend this office to everyone.

He only hires the best in assistance like my hygienist Lety that I had today along with Josie, Erica and Jenny who works up front and I'm probably missing someone. Absolutely the best Dentist I've ever been to. Jenny in the front office is always friendly and helpful, gets me in quick when necessary. Dr. Tom is thoughtful and does superb work every time. I will be going tide. Tom for a very long time.

I am a valley resident, I met Dr. Tom by pure luck by another co-worker, I was in pain for weeks if not months waiting for my original dentist ( A La Torre), who gave me a one month appointment! I couldn’t take it anymore, a passing co-coworker told me to change my dentist and being me, well it was hard I’m faithful my dentist but being pain is not good. I got Dr. Tom’s number and the phone didn’t even finish ringing when it was picked up at 8 am! I was given an appointment that same day! And get this, Dr. Tom had answered the phone and told me to come in as soon as could! And I did, and I’ve been coming here for about 4 or 5 years now. From the time you come in with the receptionist to the assistant to the hygienist and especially Dr.Tom, they all explain procedures before and during your visit. They are professional and courteous actually like visiting family!

When my son broke his tooth I had to take
him to this clinic as as urgent need to fix the tooth temporary. Dr.Tom didn't do anything to the tooth and left the nerve open because he told me that my son needs root canal, pose and a crown which will cost over $2000. I was lucky that the next day he was busy. I took my son to our family clinic, they built the tooth in 30 minutes and he is fine. Plus Tom's clinic charged me more than double other clinics just for X-ray.

Today was my third visit, I have been attended at the appointment time. What I like the most is the professional feedback and guidance, the dentist very concerned for any pain specially when injecting anesthesia. No pain whatsoever during or after tooth removal, or drilling.
