Nice staff! Professional and very clean. Dr. Tom (that's his 1st name) was knowledgeable friendly and everyone explained everything to us. I brought a Japanese international student to review a filling that fell out. It was minor but my friend felt comfortable and said it was a high standard dental office comparable to Japan but Aspen had excellent technical equipment to examine your whole mouth. Hygenist was also great with excellent suggestions for better hygiene. Overall good experience

Good experience and very professional. Way beyond expectations. I would highly recommend. Very caring and efficient staff. Clean and exclusive environment. Had an emergency denture situation and they were able to make new dentures within 2 weeks and they were amazing when it was done.

Spent over $2K for package of various dental services and the basic problem I had with a tooth was not solved in any shape form or manner. Went to a small-town dentist 3 days later after 3 full days of pain not resolved, and the small-town dentist cured my problem completely at a cost of $375 all in.

My bad for getting so sucked in, in the first place but I thought they might be able to take care of the problem. I will say the office staff of Aspen was very nice and the hygienist was excellent. I do think the dentist their tried and he was very courteous. The costs of the so called "care package" would have been fine if the problem had been solved but all I got was told I needed "further consultation".

This kind of place is not for me. One and done.....Unless you hate money, go elsewhere.

Had appointment for loose upper denture. Told section was good, no adjustments made. I'm an advanced bone cancer patient. 2 weeks later contacted Alpine i told them denture loose and come out when speaking. made appointment for Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Confirmed that reline would be completed that day. This was confirmed by lab. Day of appointment they I was told they could not comply same day.
Great no teeth for Thanksgiving. After expressing my feelings they finally agreed to make reline same day as promised with discount.

I was in California visiting an elderly relative. I reside in Arizona. I called in about a partial that was giving me a problem and it was fixed by the next day. I walked into the office and was met by a very friendly professional who immediately knew what I needed. Within minutes I was called back and again I was with a very knowledgeable assistant. Within minutes she was able to create a form of my teeth that would be used for my partial. I left and was called four hours later and told my partial was fixed at no cost to me. I would recommend the Palm Desert Aspen Dental office to everyone who needs help with their teeth.
