Service was good actually. Felt comfortable with the cleaning and exam. Unfortunately the office manager (Miriam) and the staff in the front office are just incompetent and horrible at communication. It was a pain to get my coverage details hashed out in the beginning and again once confirming next appointment plan, etc. Now I have to find a new dentist. Smh.

Our family has been going to Pacific Dental for 2 years now. It all started when my daughter needed a check-up prior to staring kindergarten. Honestly, at first, i wasn't sure they could examine children, but I was so grateful they could. The team made my daughter feel very comfortable, and she left feeling confident and excited about taking care of her teeth. Today, my entire family goes to Pacific Dental. Miriam is honest and super helpful when it comes to finances. Blanca has gone above and beyond to make sure we always get the best service. Dr. Won is honest and shares a lot of information related to my concerns, helping me understand. In addition, his priority is to keep your real teeth, always. Overall, if you're looking for a new dentist, the teams professionalism, friendliness, and experience are outstanding, and I highly recommend Pacific Dental in Rosamond.

Perfect! Girls up front are attentive and care. All staff are ready to explain everything. The hygienist are thoughtful and fun! Dr. Won gives you the news in a way that helps you make the best decision. Best dentist I have been to in a long time and I am old :).

I was pretty impressed honestly! I called as a new patient, greeted by extremely friendly staff and was able to get in the very same day. When I got there the place was clean and smelled nice and I was greeted immediately by the sweet receptionist. Right after I filled out my new patient paperwork I was called back almost immediately, it was beyond fast! As soon as I was seated the dental assistant took X-Rays and he was so kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. Once the X-Rays were finished the Doctor was already in the room and took his time to really explain things to me and it felt very personable! Once I was wrapping up the appointment, a very sweet lady at the front helped break down insurance and co-pay costs and even recommended a few great ideas and some payment plans as well. This place really is extremely friendly, Personable and they seem to genuinely care treat their patients right. Definitely booking my husband & children next!

Pacific Dental Care is amazing! I’ve been to many dental offices over the years and none have ever made me feel comfortable the way I feel with Dr. Won. I used to have so much anxiety before going to Pacific Dental and now I have no anxiety. Miriam the office manager is so nice and does her best to make patients feel at ease. I can’t say enough good things about the whole staff there and highly recommend you give them a try. You won’t regret it!

Dr. Won did a great job again taken care of my back lower right third molar. I ate something a bit hard and it chip the molar. Had to get it repair with a crown. Not a big fan of getting teeth repair but Dr. Won made it much easier experience. Good job and services to the rest of the Pacific Dental Care Team!

I can honestly say this is the best dentist office ever. I hate going to the dentist due to the fact that I don’t have great teeth. But when I say this office is amazing it’s an understatement. They are Super amazing. I have been coming to this office for 15 yrs and every visit they always make sure I’m comfortable and token care of. Always listen to my worries ( again not great teeth) and go with what I’m ok with. Amazing teeth cleaning and check ups. Dr. Won and his staff are very honest, caring and extremely professional. I seriously don’t think I can ever trust anyone more with my dental care. I promise you will NOT regret choosing this dentist office if you do. You will ask yourself why you didn’t come to them sooner.

Many of you don’t know just who Dr. Won truly is. Not only is he one of the most amazing dentists I have ever met. He’s also a teacher, a mentor and to some a hero! This man not only has a great dentist office he brings in students to learn and help them thrive. He also spends time in other countries helping them have better life’s. Yes he is that awesome. I have had a lot of teeth problems in my life and had many different dentists. And though I have had some good ones none can compare to Dr. Won. I have never had a dentist care so much to what happens to not only my teeth but taking care of myself. Now about the staff. Woweee what an amazing staff. Seriously I love them all they truly are wonderful people. I never leave without laughing because I actually had a great time at the dentist. Who would have thought right. But This staff is awesome truly family to each other. So it makes it that much more comfortable there. You will not go wrong choosing this office.
