I do not recommend this dental office based on my experience. In 2022, I took my daughter in for a tooth extraction, but the doctor decided to perform a root canal instead during the appointment. I was informed that my insurance wouldn't cover the procedure, and I would need to pay $320 out of pocket. I agreed, paid the amount, and the work was completed.

In 2023, I unexpectedly received a bill from Dr. Emad Hawaidi's office for $444. After some investigation, I found out they had re-billed my insurance for additional services they "forgot to include." I contacted the office and spoke with a staff member, explaining that I was unhappy with these unexpected charges and did not agree to pay for them. The staff member said they would look into it.

Later in 2023, I received another bill for $170. I contacted the office again and reiterated my concern, questioning why I was being billed after already settling the original fee. Surprisingly, I spoke with the same staff member who had initially provided me with the first invoice, yet she still claimed to be unsure of the situation and promised to investigate.

Fast forward to 2024, and I received a letter stating that my account had been sent to collections. This level of unprofessionalism is deeply disappointing. I visited this office once and will never return. I’m sharing my experience to caution others—please be careful if you decide to go here.

I absolutely love the staff! Excellent service every single time. I've been going to Dr. Huwaidi for years and he's always been great. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor always makes sure I understand the treatment and walks me through the process. I would definitely recommend to anyone. 10 out of 10!

Let's just start with the staff!! Wow, talk about making you feel comfortable and right at home! It's a small office and they do not overbook they take the time to concentrate on you and give you the attention you deserve, I'm a single mom and I have dental coverage through my job , they find a way to make it affordable and help with ideas to get you the work you need done on your teeth, the DR was gentle and kind, I've never left a dentist office in tears from happiness before , the positive energy was overwhelming ? thank you for helping me get my healthy smile back
