I don’t usually make reviews. But I had to because this has been the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The customer service is superb, the ladies are so welcoming and made me feel super comfortable. This dentist office is judgement free and with spectacular quality services and care. They take the time to explain the procedures, costs and have so much empathy when it came to my dental hygiene. I have now switched my dentist to their dentistry because of how positive the experience has made me feel. 100/10.

The personnel of Dr. Caz's office were very pleasant helpful, and professional. They fit me in today to help me figure out what needed to be done. Dr. Caz is brilliant! After she diagnosed the issue, she was able to get me immediately set up for my tooth extraction all in the same couple of hours!!

I had a wonderful experience at Bayside Family Dentistry today. From the moment I called, Emily was amazing—she squeezed me in for an appointment and made everything easy. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, explained the procedure in detail, and made sure I understood the costs upfront.

Once I arrived at the clinic, the assistant nurse was so kind and calm, putting me at ease immediately. But the best part of my visit was Dr. Caz. I had an extraction, and her technique was incredible. The procedure was quick, and I didn’t feel any pain at all—her hands are truly gentle.

I can’t thank them enough for such a smooth and comfortable experience. Highly recommend! See you in 2 weeks?

I am pleased to share my experience with Dr. Caz and the entire team at Bayside Family Dentistry, and I highly recommend their practice for anyone seeking comprehensive and compassionate dental care.

My journey with Dr. Caz began in 2023 when I encountered a dental issue while my previous dentist was unavailable. After unsuccessfully trying to reach my former dentist’s emergency contact and finding no one willing to see me as a new patient, I searched online for a dentist in the Bayside area. I contacted several practices, but it wasn’t until I reached out to Bayside Family Dentistry that I was able to secure an appointment for the same day.

From the moment I called, I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the office. Emily at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated that the office sent me all necessary forms via email in advance, streamlining the check-in process. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere of the office was welcoming, and I felt at ease right away.

Although I had some anxiety about seeing a new dentist due to a long history of dental issues, Claritza, the dental assistant, made me feel comfortable and understood. She was patient, empathetic, and thorough in explaining the process, ensuring that I felt heard and supported.

Dr. Caz's approach was equally reassuring. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examined the area of my discomfort, and explained her findings in detail. I left the appointment feeling not only relieved but also confident in her care. Her compassionate demeanor and clear communication immediately established a trust that convinced me to make Bayside Family Dentistry my new dental home.

My positive experience continued through subsequent visits, including a follow-up appointment, which reinforced my decision to bring my husband into the practice as well. Although we had since moved to New Jersey, I was more than willing to drive back to Bayside for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Caz and her team.

During our visits, the office staff made us feel like part of the family. Everyone, from Emily and Claritza to Paola, greeted us with kindness and professionalism. My husband, who does not have the dental concerns I do, was equally impressed by the level of care and attention to detail he received.

As for my own dental care, Dr. Caz demonstrated a deep understanding of my needs and was instrumental in developing a personalized treatment plan. She took the time to listen to my goals, especially regarding cosmetic dentistry, and provided thoughtful, realistic recommendations. Throughout every step of my treatment, I felt supported and confident in the care I was receiving. I had two fillings done and I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Caz is fabulous. She has excellent technical skills, a very light touch and the quality of work she provides is incredible and stress-free.
