I am truly lucky to be under the 'good care' with Dr Warshawsky and his staff. We have been monitoring a situation for the last year. The concern has been further gum tissue loss. This is from an implant surgery by 'another doctor' back in 2007 at least. Warshawsky is and has been nothing short of honest and kind. His staff have always been welcoming and warm. The fish in the tank, well priceless. Thank you.

Dr Warshawsky is an excellent Periodontist. He is caring, compassionate and lets you know exactly what will happen during the various procedures at all times, even down to how far along he is and when he will finished. His skilled and caring support team from the assistants to the office staff are all wonderful and make you feel relaxed and as comfortable as you can possibly be. If you need periodontal work done, this is THE place to be. You will be in skilled and more than capable hands. Dr. Warshawski took time out of his busy schedule to even follow up with me personally the day after my procedure to make sure I was doing well. You just don’t see that very often and it was very impressive and thoughtful.

I've been going to Periodontics of the Desert for several years because of Rachiel Torres - who is absolutely the best I've ever met. She's thorough, careful and very knowledgeable. And also a delightful person. (I only wish I didn't have to drive 45 minutes to see her!)

Periodontics of the Desert is a beautiful office. The office staff is very friendly, Dr. Patel was amazinging talented. He began our visit by asking me questions about me, personally, getting to know me. He had prescribed all of the necessary medications necessary, based on his getting to know me as a person.
Two things really upset me about my experience.
First, I had asked what my portion of a $4,500 balance would be covered by my insurance. After not hearing from them I called the day prior to inquire. I would owe $3,200 up front. Insurance was only covering $1,200. Didn't really leave me with any workable options, as I had to have this surgery ASAP. Waiting/starting over was not a feasible option.
Secondly, after every surgery I've had, a representative always called me the following day to see how I was feeling/if I had any questions or concerns. The only follow up from them was them asking me how I felt about THEM. That I do appreciate.

The office is gorgeously decorated and has a built-in aquarium. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. They even have plush blankets to keep you warm.

The staff (including phone calls from their office) are always friendly, caring and they make me feel so comfortable before, during and after each procedure. Dr Warshowsky immediately upon greeting me makes me forget that I’m having some major dental work done and puts my mind to ease. His bedside hospitality and dental work is of the highest quality! There is no one out there better!
