Been going to Total Care Dentistry for the last 6 years. The office is a very smooth running machine. I love the staff and hygienists, that’s primarily why I stuck with them. Look, there are A LOT of dentists offices in the desert that are franchises of large conglomerates with poor service, sales pressure and high hygienist turnover. Dr. Kim’s office is an independent business and Dr. Kim cares for his patients and staff as a small business owner. Dr. Daddio retired, and he was a good general dentist so I was sad to see him go, but Dr. Kim has continued in that spirit and the office still does good work.

Best dentist I have ever had. Found this dentist after asking around who the best is. His sedation is extreme precise, making the recovery easy. Had two crowns done and no pain, I was shocked how easy it was. The dental hygienist is excellent too, learned so much from her! Everyone is very professional and friendly.

It was my first time here. I was a bit nervous yet the dental assistant, Patricia, was very friendly & made my visit comfortable for me. I then had Dr. Diddio as my dentist. He was very pleasant & took the time to look over my teeth. He let me know exactly what was wrong & what needed to be done, in which order first. I really appreciate the fact that he was very attentive, took his time with me. The staff in the front are all very friendly & courteous & are pleasant from the time you enter the office til the time you leave. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

I have been going Dr. Kim’s office for the past 3 years and I highly recommend his work and office to anyone that is looking for a great dentist. The office staff is nice and very welcoming as well. Dr. Kim is efficient, personable, and explains everything he is doing. I have no doubts that the Dr. Kim and staff can help you with any dental needs. There is plenty of parking in the back of the office, so you never need to worry about that in the busy HWY 111 area. Thank everyone for always giving a great experience when I visit your office.

Let me start with I do not enjoy going to the dentist. It has always been a anxiety ridden time for me. Arriving at Dr Daddio and Dr Kim office I immediately felt at ease. Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly and professional. Dr Daddio put me at ease and before I knew it I was scheduling my implant surgery. After meeting Dr. Kim it sealed the deal . This office was my third consult and I knew with in mins I was going to have my surgery here. They only allow 5 stars but I would give them. 10. Jack

I was a new patient and was very well taken care of. The office was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I was given a reminder call in advance and my insurance had been confirmed. The appointment was on time and I was able to have my cleaning on same day because I booked it in advance. The hygienist was gentle and informative. I was very happy with my visit and everyone that helped me. I highly recommend this office and their staff you will be satisfied with all their services. They don’t try to sell you on unnecessary services and do their best to accommodate your requests.

Dr Kim is very professional, extremely competent, and efficient. All the work he has done on me has been stellar. I always feel like he knows exactly how to treat me within my needs and budget. I also understand that he is an dental implant specialist and does the entire procedure in-house, unlike other dental offices.The staff is friendly and thorough and I have not once felt at risk anywhere in this dental office during Covid due to their stringent protocols. The office is clean, nicely appointed, and more private-feeling than other dental offices. Heidi the hygienist is, hands-down, the best I have hygienist I have ever been to in my 61 years: knowledgable, thorough but gentle and checks in at the right time(s). I highly recommend Dr Kim and Dr Daddio in Palm Desert for all of your dental needs.
