I had a good treatment experience, but when it came to billing & payment, Armando definitely hates his job. I was told to pay partially for treatment while waiting for insurance approval, and once the insurance would cover treatment the office would refund me. Definitely not the case, had treatment done over 6 weeks, still no refund, with a side of horrible customer service from Armando, not to mention he hung up the call while i was trying to sort it out. Hire new staff that actually care for patients. Unbelievable.

I recently came for a root canal. I have been to many other dentists for a root canal, and this place is by fa THE MOST comfortable, and PAIN LESS experience I’ve ever had in my life at a dental practice. Even the dental assistant was so careful and caring she would be asking me if I was okay every moment, and I appreciated her calm demeanor as well as her attentiveness. The dentist was so gentle, he let me listen to my music through earbuds as it helps with my anxiety and helping me not focus on the pain, but honestly, I didn’t even need the music as I was never feeling pain throughout the whole procedure from the numbing shot to the finish.

I can't believe I took time off of work to have my son's wisdom teeth removed at this location. Our appointment was at 11:00 a.m. They didn't see my son until 12:45 p.m. And now, 1 hour later they inform us that they can't perform the procedure even though we were scheduled to have it done today. They were quick to charge $45 for the xrays. They did waive the charge after we complained. This place is significantly more expensive to have wisdom teeth removed. Find somewhere else to do business with if you value your time.
Multiple people were waiting in their car because Care Dental Specialty Center is terrible at time management. Very unprofessional!

I loved everything about this place. The office is clean, the people are nice. I came in today to do a root canal and the dentist (a women) not that it matters but just to identify her. She was amazing, real nice, patient, she kept checking on me, she was honestly the best dentist I ever dealt with. Her eyebrows are on point too. I DEFINITELY recommend them and they play music throughout the office which is a small detail I ddnt think mattered until I was in the chair and had no service so I couldn't put my airpods on to keep me distracted through the hour process.

I had a very pleasant experience at Care Endodontics. I was referred to this specialist by my dentist for a root canal and it was virtually painless. Every single staff member here was very helpful and cheerful.

The Dr. made sure I was always comfortable and in no pain as she proceeded with her treatment. She explained why a certain shot would numb my mouth so it felt I couldn't swallow comfortably but I would be able to. That was very nice of her to put me at ease explaining the procedure.

During the root canal she kept making sure I was not in pain. They sent me home with after care information and woke up to no pain. Just a slight soreness of the gum area and tooth fixed but otherwise no pain.

Not that I would like another root canal or dental procedure done again, but if I had to have something fixed in the future I would be happy to step in here again. Thank you!

My mom had to have a new root canal on one tooth and retreatment root canal on another tooth done. I was very pleased with the process of securing an appointment, getting initial consultation done, pre-authorization for services sent out in a timely fashion. Today mom had retreatment done on one of her teeth. Waiting for the next appt to get the other root canal done, but so far I am happy with the level of service. Will update the review after the other tooth is treated.

I was very satisfied with my root canal experience at Care Endodontics, Inc. They were very gentle. I had very little pain. I did fill my prescriptions on my way home, but didn't have to take the one for pain. I have no fear returning next week for my last root canal. Thank you for a good experience.
