I would highly recommend Dr.Stephanie Baldwin as your child’s pediatric dentist. Dr. Baldwin is a highly skilled pediatric dentist who has taken care of my two kids since they were infants. She is kind, compassionate and caring! Her office is very well maintained and hygienic. You will feel confident for all your child’s dental needs in her hands. I can’t say enough good things about her as a dentist and as a person! We are thankful to have such good, quality dental care for our children in Hot Springs!

I wanted to say thank you to Stephanie Baldwin for changing my daughter’s opinion of dentists!! My daughter had several issues with her baby teeth, out of our control, and she was terrified to go to the dentist to have fixed. Every visit, her entire staff has been wonderful!! Fast forward 6 years and now my daughter looks forward to going to the dentist for cleanings and getting her excellent report! So thankful to have such great dentists in our small town!

Me and my 3 siblings have always gone to this clinic and never had any issues. After reading some reviews people claim she’s “rude” when really she’s just straight up and honest. My 7year old has always gone here and my 3 month old when time will also go here.

Dr. Stephanie always takes great care of my daughter. We have gone to her for years, and she has always acted professionally and put my child at ease. Her staff are also friendly and helpful and always remind us of our appointments. KIDDS Dental is the best!

I chose Stephanie Baldwin as a dentist for my then seven year old grand daughter when we relocated to Hot Springs. The first visit the technician came to get her and assured me just a couple X- Ray's and they would bring her right back to the waiting area. They actually did a full exam and sent her back out saying she was finished. My grand daughter has extreme anxiety at the dentist (which I informed them of beforehand)
I had promised her i would go back with her to comfort her. Speed up to the next visit. I accompany my grand daughter to the back( there is not one patient back there besides my grand daughter) the dentist had a very hostile attitude and I felt so uncomfortable as she was snappy and rude with me apparently because I was back there. I'm not sure what her issues are or why she does not want a parent present. Very big red flag knew that day I would be changing dentists. If you like unwelcoming, rude and unprofessional dentists then this is the place for you.

I sought out K.I.D.D.S/ Dr. Baldwin for pediatric dental care for my 3 (nearly 4) year old son. I’d like to start by recognizing the wonderful office staff. They were so kind and considerate when helping me schedule our first appointment. Flash forward to appointment day, my son was so excited to see the jungle theme waiting area. When the hygienist called him back, she was so sweet and tender with my son. They allowed one parent back and explained everything to him in kid-friendly (non-scary) words. They got him excited to do x-rays and get his teeth cleaned! He enjoyed learning about good brushing with a cute little monkey puppet. From the x-rays, we found a few cavities and had to make a second appointment for treatment. I was very happy with the non-threatening treatment plan and the explanation of steps to be taken. When the day came for the second appointment, my son was yet again greeted by a friendly hygienist and we were again allowed a parent back to assist in the beginning of our treatment plan. Once everything was set in motion, my son went back to do the dental work on his own and they came out to update us on his progress along the way. Once they finished up, Dr. Baldwin herself carried my son out on her hip, patting his back and complementing him. She shared what all was done and went over post-treatment care with us. As a mom, it was super reassuring to see my son comfortable and content but also see him be cared for so tenderly by a medical professional. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Baldwin’s office because my son will not have a fear of the dentist growing up. He’s already talking about going back for his next cleaning. Thank you Dr. Baldwin! From one mama to another, I see your heart pour out in your practice!

I've been taking my children to this office since 2010, never had much of a problem until this year, several times my children complained about being treated rudely, I over looked it, cuz of course nobody likes the dentist, but after today I have serious problem. She treated my son (16) poorly in August then treated my daughter (10) poorly today I regret not believing them the first time I will be seeking other dentist and possibly legal ramifications. This lady was a great dentist I firmly thought, but now I regret to inform Noone should take their children to her. I'm not sure what happened in her life that changed how she treats ethnic children but I won't take mine back to her!
