Bratton did me wrong! They will NOT fix their mistake. Six years ago the dentist rushed my expensive crown. He did a new shape he thought would look better. I have flat teeth his crown is round, it’s obvious from the back of my teeth and still is. The crown needed his attention and still does. I missed a follow up appointment. He would not see me again for my free follow up unless I paid a missed appointment fee. They say I owe a six year old appointment fee. I could not see them then until that was paid and I cannot see them now. I do not have money now. I think his bad seal job has caused long term damage. His crown was much larger than my other teeth, stuck to my lips, and stuck out the most when I smiled. He messed up my bite BIG TIME! I called her and told her there was a small gap and she said it was normal. The gums would close up. Six years later………… They won’t accept blame for the bad seal, the bad fit, or even attempt to see if they could fix it. While DDS in Conway made it look better, I wanted to have Bratton fix it because his seal was not good and the tooth under the crown smells when I deep floss. The secretary said since DDS filed the crown to make it look nicer, Bratton won’t touch it. The front desk has terrible customer service. The receptionist has been nothing but rude since the day I left with the crown.

Receptionist was not very understanding... quite rude actually. I made my appointment and less than 24 hours I called to reschedule .. not cancel .. just reschedule .. and she charged me a rescheduling fee. I called an hour before hand because something important came up that I could not miss. It's not like they were going to lose money by me rescheduling .. I wasn't canceling on them.. so they were going to get their money regardless so why be completely rude on the phone AND also charge me a fee of $25 just for trying to reschedule due to important things I had to handle. I will never go back there and I will. It be paying that feee either way!
